Drive thru is my preferred choice for this place. It can be a little slow but worth the wait! Lots of delicious options and can be customized in endless ways! My kids love it when we stop there after school.

Ordered a regular in flat top since I was driving home.....suppose to be Cherry Cola flavored....its more just shaved ice than anything. Thought it was just on top since I got a flat time this go around....as I'm attempting to enjoy my cup there's no flavor...digged down a bit and it's just white ice no flavoring....$5 for a cup of ice.....use to be full of flavor, was this just a one time thing? Or anyone else been getting short end of the stick?

This time I drove to pick it up. As you can see it’s white, no flavor and I also paid for extra stuff. I must order it or come there twice a week and always buy 2 or 3 at the same time. I don’t understand why they can’t get it right anymore and why it’s okay to waste someone else’s money. When is it time for me to give up or try one closer to me?

I love the shave ice! The tables and floor seem sticky every time I go inside so I've just been getting mine to go lately.

Service is great and the product is awesome but man.. nearly $10 for ice and flavoring is insane. And it was better in the past and worth something but recently over the last couple weeks someone told them to literally cut back on the amount of flavoring and it's so noticable. You'll pay the 10$ for what turns out now to be 90% shaved ice with a little bit of flavor at the bottom. Last 3 I've received have been that way and when I say that I mean so little that you don't even know what the flavor was till you reach the bottom. I get trying to make some money anyway you can but when you're already charging $10 or something you're essentially getting for free which is the ice and the flavoring probably doesn't cost what a couple pennies there should be a balance between to give and take.

Bahama bucks , it's definitely what ya need on a hot day with all that heat that ya have to beat, if you are like me you get tired of the grind of hydrating with water . Boochie beaches ⛱️ and Bahama mamas need some Bahama bucks in her life . No broke Bois allowed. Go bum your cigarette change money somewhere else, degenerate. Keep on with the coldness ?. You guys are great!

I found multiple hairs in my snowcone. It's not the first time it has happened. It's pretty gross grabbing hairs out of my food. You'd think the employees would be wearing hairnets and hats, but obviously not. Also, they pour way too much syrup in their snowcones. Always ask for light syrup. I don't like how there's big chunks of ice at the bottom too. They didn't even give me a receipt, but $6 for a baby cone with ice cream is too much.

So disappointed - ordered super sour strawberry with bahahramama... they were so nice gave us a sample- it was delicious. Then gave us the wrong snow - not once- twice. Manager made us pay for the third snow- unreal.

Love the drinks and snow cones, but today we stood at the counter and no one said hello or even acknowledged us, (there were 7 employees!) until the drive-thru girl came all the way from the window to greet and take our order.
