Loved the huge menu and ability to customize my order! They're quick and efficient with generous portions! Try the Strawberry Cheesecake delight, you will not be disappointed. We had a variety of treats and every single one was delicious!

Great atmosphere for family fun
The entire middle 2 inches of my snocone was just ice. I was home before I got to the middle. I called to tell them, and asked if I could get a new one the next day because I was already home. They said no, come back now or we can't help you. Last time I ever go there!
Used to be better but the drinks are fabulous.
The drive-thru line is usually very busy. I prefer to go inside. They have a large selection of flavors even, sugar-free flavors. From the time you order and receive your treat, it is a little bit of a weight. For shaved ice, they are hard to beat.

Let me start off by saying I love this place however, my recent visit was not a good one. The business hours are posted on the drive-thru window but the drive-thru was closed earlier than the posted hours. To add insult to injury, the employees act like we didn’t just see them in the store running to the back to hide. As I drove away, I saw them peaking out of the back area. The time it took for this stupid charade took longer than it would’ve taken to make my shaved ice.

Waited over an hour at the drive through, with only one car in front. Atrocious.
