So good, service was great!

Every single time I try to go to this location on a weekend there is some kind of BS going on. Two weekends ago they had the dining room closed after 8pm and literally 15 cars in the drive through that didn’t move once in 15 minutes so I left. Today there are horses in the drive through and the dining room is packed and there’s no where to park because of the horses and show cars! They’re having some kind of car show or something and they’re giving pony rides in the drive through. I just want a freakin sno! Wth 😩Just be normal please

I hope the owner of this franchise season I was treated really poorly through drive-through very disgusting attitude by the young lady that works today was a Sunday on Father’s Day at 9 PM. I have a dash cam I will be submitting this to corporate. Whoever is in charge nobody should be treated with a disgusting attitude and have the window closed on them just because they’re asking questions abouta Akapo while picking up an order while working

Quality of the product is great. The size of the party pack was smaller than I’ve seen before. But this was my first time getting it from this location. When calling had some poor customer service about not being able to place my order for pickup during the first two hours after they open for a future date because “they are way too busy at that time”. This employee claimed to be one of the managers but then passed the phone to another manager who obliged to take the order with no hassle or issue. When picking up,folks at the service counter were great!!

This is the most consistent Bahama Bucks in San Antonio. The wait is always half an hour regardless if there’s 1 or 3 cars ahead of you or you go inside. There’s never adequate syrup in the snow cone and their card machine takes forever. I really hope they can turn it around because it’s in a great location but we drive further to the Bandera location to avoid this one.

Cassandra, who is the store manager, was so great and nice to work with! I had a last min party pack request and even though her and her staff were slammed, they were able to provide an order for 20-25 people within less than 15 min! Thank you to all the staff tonight who hustled to get my large order out the door!

Service was good and the snow cone was as well. I was pleased with my purchase and it was reasonable.

As a teacher I’m constantly looking for incentives to motivate my students. I ordered a party pack for my class and my kids LOVED it! From the sprinkles, to the flavors, and the little umbrellas…The ALAMO RANCH location did not miss a beat!! They delivered to my school, so I didn’t have to leave on my break! They’re AMAZING! Everything was perfect! I totally recommend this for classroom celebrations and incentives❤️ 10 out 10

This staff made our night we were on motorcycles and they helped us and made sure we were taken care of even though the inside was closed they still went above and beyond what they needed to do....

Oh my goodness! 4th time we have been here. Snow cones are so yummy. I love texture of ice and flavors they offer. Wonderful customer service.
Very clean restrooms and seating area.

I totally recommend coming for a treat or family fun. One family was playing “Uno” while enjoying their snow cones one night.

I had the best experience at Bahama Buck's! The location is wonderful, and the staff are incredibly friendly. The owner is so sweet and kind, making the visit even more enjoyable. My Oreo smoothie was absolutely perfect—rich, creamy, and just the right balance of flavors. I also tried the Strawberry Bliss, and it was divine! Bahama Buck’s truly knows how to make refreshing, delicious treats. Can’t wait to visit again! Thank you so much!
