The wife got a fruit tart and a pistachio macaron. Both were superb and the atmosphere/vibe was fantastic. Workers were very friendly. Ordering at the outside window was very convenient and allowed us to skip the line.

I visited Bakery Lorraine for the first time today and, unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. While I expected the long line given the location, the service was the real issue.
The staff member assisting me (wearing pink and overalls) was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. As a first-time customer, I wasn't entirely sure what to order, and I felt rushed and dismissed rather than helped. I understand the staff is busy, but a basic level of hospitality goes a long way. Sadly, this interaction ruined the visit for me, and I won’t be returning.

Bakery Lorraine never disappoints. I’ve visited several different locations and their pastries are always fresh and delicious. Such a cute bakery with friendly staff. Macaroons are always a treat here and so many flavors to choose from.

The songs are very TikTok club music and the avocado toast was REALLY bad I don’t recommend and it’s NOT as advertised.

So dissatisfied. Our drinks weren’t made well this visit and the girl that took our order wasn’t friendly and the coffee orders took longer than normal. The girls were standing around talking. We’ve enjoyed this shop in the past but we probably won’t be back anytime soon.

I was very excited to try this place but I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the pastries, the cinnamon roll in particular. I don’t know if they’re made fresh but it was extremely hard, even after being warmed. The icing was flaky and didn’t melt, instead just flaked away from the dough as I was cutting it.

Ordered a variety of baked goods and the chocolate chip cookie tasted old and stale and dry. I hate when they do that like give the customers a fresh one, not the stale ones you didn’t sell a couple days ago. It doesn’t go unnoticed.

I literally don’t have pictures because the food was gone before I could take some. The food was simply delightful, incredibly high quality and delicately crafted with time and effort; the Cuban, Ham & Brie, and Grilled cheese sandwiches along with the potato and salad sides were amazing and the cinnamon roll and cookies were excellent. The atmosphere was chill and cozy, and the service was friendly. Overall a must try

This place is super cute. I was excited to try out the pastries, until I received terrible customer service from the cashier. They should not have someone who looks and acts miserable as the cashier.
