Food is decent quality but the prices have definitely increased in the last year. Atmosphere is great but staff could use some training - why expect a tip when youre being rude when one is trying to order?

Ugh, what a disappointed turkey sandwich and very sad side salad (+1$). It felt like I wasted $20. The tip definitely not deserved by the team. Train your peope better and reduce staff turn over. This is sad because this used be a very yummy spot.

Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing for several reasons. The quiche I ordered was burnt and had an unappealing consistency. There was no clean silverware available, and the staff appeared annoyed when we requested some. Finally, the interior temperature was extremely cold, which made it difficult to enjoy the meal. Such a let down bcs the Pearl Location is great!

The matcha is really strong, and I use oatmilk instead of the regular. It was so good and tasty, I highly recommended this place, they also have the avocado toast, also really good

The food is wonderful, the staff has such a bad attitude & it's freezing in there. Coffee was lukewarm and I paid extra for extra hot. :-((
