I ordered a breakfast sandwich. Description specifically says, on buttery croissant. It was on dry, toasted white bread. I started to eat it, and then thought, "I thought it was on a croissant." Checked the description. Yep. Thankfully, instead of taking it to-go, I sat there to eat it. Brought it back for a refund. Quite annoyed that they would make a change without mentioning to THE CUSTOMER in case THE CUSTOMER would want to change the order. Will I go back? No

Very cute cafe to work out. A bit overpriced but the scenery is ok (Boerne one is cuter) and it’s normally not toooo busy.

Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly.

Rude “manager” I’d say they are hiring very young inexperienced people with lack of basic training in “management, hospitality, etc, owners and upper management do better if you want your business to thrive and be successful!
Food has been lacking quality for a while at this particular location, order took very long and was brought to me on a box when I never stated it was a to go order, don’t recommend this location at all, overpriced food with poor service, definitely not coming back, many other better options around the area.

Service was extremely slow as I ordered take out. I couldn’t even order online and had to wait several minutes inside. They were not busy or packed with patrons. They also forgot my side of chips to go with my sandwich.

Prior review:
Got the turkey pesto sandwich and their BL burger for lunch. The sandwich is pretty salty and very oily. The bread does have nice crunch to it. My hubby didn’t like the burger too much. He thought it was overpriced as the burger patty was a bit thin and there wasn’t really any veggies and worst of all, he thought the bread was stale. Def don’t recommend getting their burger. I would stick to their pastries

Getting worse every day used to be a good place to go now all the foods smell bad. It seems that they never change the oil that they’re using. Coffee is never that hot and I’ve never been and all My order comes perfect and at the same time I’ve been giving it another chance for a while, but for sure now I will never go at least to this branch

I ordered fries and got burnt ones. I showed the cashier they don’t look like what’s advertised and she said “yea they’re just a little toasted”. The fries turned to dust when I grabbed them, they were extremely burnt. She seemed upset I asked for a refund but I highly doubt she’d eat those herself. Maybe hire better people & cook better food.

My breakfast sandwich was really good and the croissant was the best. HOWEVER they obviously did not wash the salad leaves before giving them to me!! The kale was moldy and dirty and it was very gross. This is a health code issue and I hope no one has gotten sick!!!

It's cool on the inside. Food and staff are very hit or miss though. It's like flipping a coin of the staff will be nice or if the food will be stale. Very overpriced for the food although if it's not stale it's quite good.

I want to add to the person who mentioned that they had a very negative reaction with the manager to say that they are not alone. I too, had a horrible interaction with the manager last week that I am still thinking about late into the week because she was so rude and talked down to me as if I was a complete idiot.

Basically, this location has a lot of plant cuttings that someone continuously replaces and grafts. If you know anything about plants, these are easy to replace and remake at the nodes. I asked if I could have one because it is a plant I’ve been searching high and low for and I am a regular customer so I didn’t think there was any harm in asking. I was respectful and nice.

She quickly ran up from behind the counter and talked to me like I was a complete idiot. I then even offered to purchase if it was such an issue and she kept raising her voice and speaking to me in a threatening and condescending tone.

I understand if they want to say no but there’s no reason to talk down to a customer like this.

I honestly don’t really want to come back. This person should not be in customer service she doesn’t know how to treat people. There’s no reason to be hostile and disrespectful to customers.

To the owners of this location, please get a new manager your current one is terrible

They stopped making the salted caramel macaroons. Won't be going back. Service is fine and it's a nice place but those macaroons were the only reason I would go.
