Good food, a fun atmosphere, and good customer service. However, it was extremely cold inside, forcing me to step outside MULTIPLE times to warm up. The music was so loud that I had to yell to communicate across the table with my own party.

The food was amazing - exactly as described and served generously. We loved the octopus balls as an app- pairs well with the winter lager. Garlic bowl and Chicken cilantro were exactly what we needed. Shrimp tacos 🌮 with red cabbage hot the spot! We got mochi too - but devoured it before we could picture it! back again to try a few more dishes!

The food is always amazing and the service is too but something was very off for tonight. Lauren came over to the table to Talk down and Condescend, in telling us what the table could have and not have because they were closed and having their holiday party.
She then proceeded to yell at our server in front of us for what were not allowed to order due to them closing early.
If you do come and see Lauren at the bar (you’ll know, she’s the rude one) run away.
Rob was amazing and still was outstanding and provided excellent service
On a normal day happy hour is amazing but go to the rim

First tried their chicken gyoza Ramen from doordash and it traveled WELL. Best cure what ails you chicken soup in town. Tried the Garlic Tonkotsu in person today and it did not disappoint. Best Ramen in town.

Excellent experience! My partner and I came here with both of our families and without a reservation and we were still seated quickly, served attentively, and with excellent food and prompt service, incredible bartender! Thank you for a great night this past Tuesday evening!

We had a really disappointing experience here. From the moment we walked in, nobody greeted us or acknowledged us. The bartender was busy chatting with her friend, so after waiting a bit, we decided to seat ourselves. That’s when the bartender with short blonde hair came over in a very rude tone and said she would seat us then tossed the menus on the table and sarcastically told us, “There’s a sign that says wait to be seated.”
That attitude was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. It immediately set a negative tone for the entire visit. The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is because our actual waitress was very kind and attentive. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff, including the person serving the food, didn’t seem welcoming at all.
We won’t be returning. Customer service should always come first, and this experience was the opposite.
