Seems fine for large groups with a table. The service was lacking with bar team more focused on getting shooters out to tables, it was difficult to get the bartender’s attention.
I love a bumping soundtrack, but they could use some sound dampening installation(s), it was really loud. Overall, more of a late night “last stop” vibe than somewhere you would want to get a cocktail and have a conversation.
Overall, it was fine for a work trip nightcap, not a place I would seek to go again.

I had the Cuban sandwich, it was okay. Not great, but also not terrible. I think I'm used to the Dijon mustard and regular pickles on a Cuban, not sweet pickles and "dijonaisse". Fries were crisp and seasoned well.
My daughter had Mac n' cheese and it was fantastic! It definitely was home made, buttery, creamy cheese sauce and tender shells. The service was 5 stars all the way.
Kid-friendliness: Not going to lie, my daughter looooved going up and down the escalator. Also, I appreciated the kids menu options. There were lots of families with kids eating there.

For a lobby lounge, energetic.
Their hot beef sandwich was fine & the fries quite good.

Ate here basically for 6 days straight, during my work conference and everything was amazing! I tried so much of the menu, they all stand out to me. My favorite food though? The roasted Brussels sprouts! SO. FREAKING. GOOD.

Very nice restaurant, a little bit too loud, convenient location, nice food, good service but could be excellent, not quite there

Two margaritas = $44.00
Ridiculously overpriced for mediocre lime, tequila and salt. Could’ve bought two bottles of tequila down the street. Don’t buy drinks here.

I had a great experience for lunch. From the bartenders, hostesses, and atmosphere it was a great time. Customer service was great. They offered to change channels. I have a special food request, it was accepted with no rebuttal. 10 stars of I could give it.

If I could give zero stars I definitely would. From the unfriendly, uninterested host to the server who had no idea what he was doing. It was probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. One of the doors to the patio was broken and had a sign on it and the waitress kept using it making this incredibly loud banging sound. Had to ask the hostess is we had a waiter and she replied “it will be a bit, he has a few tables ahead of you”. Everything took forever, from the drinks to the appetizer to the sides of fries we ordered (which we ordered thinking it would be faster than than an entree—surprise it was not). I can’t say enough bad things, I highly DO NOT RECOMEND. There was even two managers working and they were clueless doing nothing to make anything better. Delivered our food, we had no drinks or silverware and he just walked away. Horrible experience.

The only people in the restaurant/ bar were my coworker and I, and one other lady at the bar. The bartender/ waiter was extremely attentive and went above and beyond to fulfill our needs or requests. The drink I got wasn't the best flavor, but I can't deduct points for that because I'm not big on alcoholic beverages. The food was good. My only complaint is the cole slaw lacked something (I'm not sure what it was), and the macaroni could've used some salt and pepper.

Convenient if you're staying at the Grand Hyatt. Can get busy at times so be prepared. Hostess wasn't personable on the days we were there, so don't expect smiles when seated. Food was good, several meals there so we were able to try a little of everything.
Fish tacos were good, beets and brussel sprouts were ok, beets were a little tough. Avocado grilled cheese and fries were nice. Burrata salad was ok but could have used a little more dressing. Birria quesadilla, and shrimp tempura were nice. Chocolate cake was enough for three people, and paired well with a nice glass of red wine.

Nice place. The entertainment is very classy and pleasant. The drinks are ridiculously expensive. $40 for 4 domestic beers. For real!....$40!

This is a great hotel bar! Excellent drinks and probably the best French fries in town! Also, their bartender Christina is an absolute sweetheart and lots of fun to chat with! Highly recommend stopping by for a drink while you're on the Riverwalk.

Food is ok but service seems “unfriendly” even “hostile”, seemed like they did not want our business and we may be an annoyance to them, is funny but true.
Ambiance is pretty decent otherwise.
Food is so so and drink are like any other place. I would select something other than this joint.
