Amazing place with exceptionally yummy yet healthy food. Went there 1st time with my gf and we both loved it. Family owned and operated by an amazing family . The owner, her son and the worker are a great team and provide exceptional service along with healthy food for everyone. We had protein fulfilled bagel, waffles and a fruit bowl. Omg , it not only yummy but extremely healthy ✌️

I have coming to this place for over 15 years. I enjoy the protein waffles, protein shakes and I have to have my energy teas. You will find me here any day I am off work. Love it!
