There was a man with long hair and a woman with blue hair and facial piercings that both were very rude to me and my family when we ordered and proceeded to stare and mean mug us while were in the car and staring hard. All in all this is one baskin and dunkin robins you should avoid especially if these two are on the clock together.

So, I should’ve read the reviews before placing a birthday cake order, but I assumed Baskin-Robbins could at least do the one thing they’re known for. Like many others, the cake I ordered and pre-paid was not ready at the requested time, nor was it ready 2 hours later. The store employee yelled at my husband (and then at me when I called in), blaming the issue on us for making the choice to order from BR. (Seriously!) Rather than offering any solutions or remedies, this guy got belligerent. Wouldn’t even provide his name so we could deal with the issues later.
We never got the cake, but since we were en route to the party, we purchased another $90 worth of cakes like fools so she’d have something. I have yet to hear anything back on a refund. As so many others have said, avoid this place.

The first location closest to me didn’t have bananas. Drive here and they don’t have hot fudge. Oh and they don’t have banana split toppings either so no strawberries or pineapple or anything.

They don't have a fraction of what the website says they have, nor do they have a menu at the drive through window that states what they actually have even after asking. Never going back to baskin robbins after wasting gas today for nothing.

This place deserves a -000. Ordered a custom cake on Sat, 3/22/25 to pickup on Thurs., 3/27/25 @ 11:20 am. Daughter and grandson birthday is 3/28th. Arrived at 11:30 pm and cake was not in frig. Samantha didn’t understand why the cake wasn’t made. She called manager twice who did not answered. Asked for refund. I called manager twice and no answer. 2 ours later got call from girl and said cake has in store. I asked where it was and she said cake was made at another store. PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!!!

1 star is too much. We ordered a custom birthday cake for our daughter literally a month in advance. It wasn't ready on the agreed time so we waited another 2 hours. The cake itself was already messed up when we got it and the staff were very rude about the whole ordeal.

Arrived to order ice cream at 930p (store closes at 10p). The employee tells us they’re no longer serving ice cream because they’re already cleaning up. Apparently, they start cleaning at 9p. I asked her, “how are customers supposed to know that?”…. Blink stare and then asked if we’d like anything else. ?

If I could add no stars I would! We go pretty often to try and get a treat of ice cream but the staff well the lady’s are always so rude , attitude and will lie about not having ice cream when they put it away early or are just plain out lazy and don’t wanna make anything! So sad!
Went into restaurant at 9:35 to get a scoop of ice cream and they had already put their ice cream away! Why be open till 10 and have the open sign on if you are not really open! Horrible service and 10 out of 10 don’t recommend!!!!

If I could zero stars I would just left the store the young lady that served us has the most annoying voice.. how are you out of vanilla ice cream at 830 at night at Baskin robin on a Monday. Then recommended different ice cream just to come back and say oh sorry but were out of that too...

I purchased a sundae with strawberry ice cream and hot fudge. It had about half a teaspoon of chocolate.Basically two scoops of ice cream and whip cream. What a gyp.
