When I tell you, i had the best experience EVER! you had a sweet blonde female employee last night in drive thru. My better half and I went for her FIRST ever time having Baskin Robins. To our amazement. Its a Baskins/Dunkin combo. We had coffee, donuts, ice cream, donut holes! The works! I told the cashier how it was her first time trying them out and she was so friendly and welcoming. Coming back to this location again and again! Whoever worked around 10/11pm yesterday night! They need a raise! I wish i saw her nametag!!!

Went in at 11 am on a Sunday and this rude woman just looked at me and said they weren’t serving anything until after 12 noon. Angry 😡 person working there. Rude. Very dirty place. I guess they’re too lazy to clean.

Blonde one strikes again. Waited for my iced coffee to be ready. She left me there waiting till another employee asked what I needed, i let them know an iced coffee. They brought it around to me, I asked if it had been sitting there the entire time (10 min), they said yes. Well what have been nice to have been told! If you don't want to be there, then don't. Thank you to the other employee that was kind enough to check in on my order since the blonde one couldn't even handle that responsibility. Also, the chocolate shake the blonde girl made was more like chocolate milk, no shake texture at all. Retrain retrain retrain...

I called ahead of time to place a take out order and they said to walk right in so that j can get my order just a couple of cakes and go so I'm not late for my sister's birthday and when I arrived the lobby was closed and all I can see is a long line for drive through

Ice Cream ? was awesome and location super clean. The blond girl with an attitude needs a real adjustment. Not only was she rude over the phone, but face to face was even worse! Like if you hate your job that bad, simply quit.

We literally waited almost 30 minutes in the drive thru for them to take our order. Then they had ran out of almost anything I tried to order. So not only are they the only 24 hour store in San Antonio but management still doesn't have the inventory orders together to keep up with demand.. long story short worst visit with them i've had with them. WILL NOT BE A FUTURE CUSTOMER horrible customer service

Currently went through drive through and a girl with blonde hair was laughing while taking my order and wasn’t much paying attention to me when I would be saying what I wanted. She kept laughing as I was ordering maybe because she was talking to her coworker as I was ordering. Didn’t like my experience and didn’t feel like I was not taken seriously.
