We went here and they ran out of Lava Colada mix but they made it work. I also got a Daiquiri Ice Fizz which was delicious and refreshing. They went above and beyond - people like them deserve great compliments. Thanks guys!!

I'm not sure who is in charge of running this store but it is obviously very poorly run. Every time I come by this location, there are several ice cream flavors gone/unavailable. I walked in there the other day and saw at least 4 different empty areas where tubs of ice cream flavors should be. I also have gone in on several other occasions to find many flavors out of stock. I've never had this issue at any other BR location, that's why I'm thinking this has something to do with how it's being run. I'm not 100% sure what the issue is, but it's very annoying.

I just went through the drive-thru and wasn't really paying attention until I got home. They actually charged me over $8 for 1 cup with two scoops of ice cream w/ sprinkles!
$4 for each scoop of ice cream?

This is insane, and I left this review because when I tried to call and ask about it, they refused to answer the phone. This place is garbage.

Slowest, service. Took 30 minutes and 3 different employees to make the order. What a mess! You guys need to hire quality workers and pay them enough! Geez!

Waffle cones were stale and ice cream selections were missing flavor labels. Service was fine but store needs to be kept up!

Very disappointed. Wife ordered a cake a week before my birthday and never was made day of birthday. Manager Sarah whom employee texted lied order be made at another franchise and other store verified they never received that info and do not take other franchise stores orders. Sarah ignored my wife's calls all day. I want a owner name and to contact me back or this will go all up to corporate. Missing cake order on a special day isn't ok but lying and passing buck is absolutely wrong.

Walked in to Baskin Robbins on Thousand Oaks, San Antonio, TX. Employees didn't acknowledge me at all, I took some prepacked ice cream. I asked for a bag, the lady said nothing, brought the bag and made me pack it.. She was not busy at all. I left and again no words at all. Horrible customer service. I may drive further to another location if this service continues.

If only they closed at 10pm like advertised.... If it takes that long to clean the lobby close at 9 and make a sign that says Drive Thru only.

Called ahead and let them know we were coming in to buy an ice cream cake. Walked in all employees, including what we assume as a manager looked at us and didn’t even say one word. We were in the store for about five minutes and were not acknowledged once the counter and had already made decisions. Will not be coming here ever again. For any future purchases, or anyone wanting to go to Baskin Robbins go to a different one.

I tried the dairy free mint and it was okay. They couldn’t tell me what alternative was used and I wasn’t able to find it online. It was an odd sticky texture…I ended up just placing my spoon on it and lifting it to watch the odd texture. Kind of like a marshmallow? But there’s no marshmallows. I feel like it was the syrup just sitting on top. The ice cream also immediately started melting once I got it. Really wish there were more dairy free options.

Edit. After the review below, I was contacted by a manager who was as shocked as I had been. She was wonderful and is trying to work things out at this store. Rating raised due to her response and efforts.I stopped in today to buy a quart of hand packed chocolate with peanut butter and they told me they don't sell hand packs anymore. The excuse given was that they "don't have the containers and haven't had them for months" depite the fact that I bought them there just a couple weeks ago. It's on the menu, I just think they don't want to bother doing the work it takes to make it. The place is always empty and I think they want to get back to doing nothing...

Stopped by here on Sunday afternoon for an ice cream cone. For $5 I got a golf ball size scoop of ice cream (not kidding) on a tiny waffle cone. What a rip-off. I won't be patronizing this establishment again.
