Worst experience ever, one of me and my family go to ice cream spots yes they tend to run out of ice cream flavor's alot but it's usually at least one flavor we like available so we get it, tonight we get there it's a sign they're out of a few flavors ask what is available so we do, and she's a little rude about it but we order and pull around we get to the window just in time to see her touch her face and hair with no gloves, and didn't wash her hands then grabs our waffle cone bare handed nasty fingers inside the cone and scoop our order comes to the window ask for payment and I say excuse me we saw you touch your face and hair and not wash your hands and you don't have any gloves on she said to me do you wash your hands because I wash mine and I said but you didn't we saw you and yes I wash my hands and I would never do that you don't know us and we don't know you would you eat something that I put my hands all over that is very unsanitary she slammed the window and threw the ice cream away.I can't believe that you're mad at us because you're being nasty and rude,you know what you did why would you try to serve that to anyone not okay!!!!
This girl had an attitude to why we were even there. She didn't want to take my order and made a face when I wanted to add milk shakes. So I cancelled my order and left. I came here for father's day and ended up leaving. Horrible customer service.
Girl at drive thru rude n stupid, i asked what ice crean flavors they had she said “all flavors”🤦🏽♂️
My all time favorite ice cream but this location is going down the drain without good management. Filthy, out of stock and in need of a good adult not children employees
BAD EXPERIENCE !!!!!! I just moved here and was excited that there not only was a Baskin Robbins very close to me, but it has a drive-thru! I was skeptical coming here because I saw all the bad reviews but decided to give them a chance. Super disappointed! I get to the window and I'm told they are out of most of their ice-cream, only had about 5 choices (none that I would eat). I was told they should have a shipment coming tomorrow! Seriously??? It's a famous ice-cream shop that has been around for years! How do you run out of the majority of your ice-cream! And with all these complaints, why isn't anyone being held accountable for this? How are you even staying in business! I don't even do reviews, so for me to take the time to do this review, you know it has to be bad!
Ordered off of uber eats. One scoop was not even the flavor I ordered. On the other bowl of ice cream I ordered three scoops, was charged for three scoops, but only one scoop was put in the bowl. I was charged for sprinkles & other candies, but neither was put. This place is really going down.
Arrived at this Baskin Robbin’s to receive terrible customer service. We were waiting at the counter just so every employee there can act like they didn’t see us. They would place orders down in front of us, but then advert their eyes so they wouldn’t have to acknowledge that we were there even though they were directly in front of us. They did not even greet us. We were there solely to pick up a cake from a mobile order & it could’ve been a quick exchange. Instead they chose to ignore our presence at the counter, in the designated area to “pick-up” with out even a greeting. We had to ask for some attention to pick up our order after waiting too long!

I don't normally give good or bad reviews..but this is to many times. They are always out of flavors, bananas and ice cream...how is a Baskin Robbins always out of ice cream?
I came in to get a large chocolate milkshake and Santiago was the most amazing guy ever. Smile on his face just as happy as he could be just made my experience all the much better. Thank you, Santiago. Hope I got his name, right because he did everything right.

So I walk in to get a fresh pack of ice cream. What that means is they scoop out ice cream from the tub into the container. Baskin Robbins also sells pre packed ice cream. After giving my order for 2 fresh pack quarts of Rocky Road, I was asked if I wanted to purchase the prepacked. If I did, I would have asked for it. But I digress. I was asked a second time if I wanted the prepacked because as the young lady said. And I quote " I'm just asking because, We don't want to do it" ? So because you don't want to do your job. SHOPPING FKN ICE CREAM I need to get items that I don't want? Am I understanding that correctly? After Twittle D and Twittle dumb hum along to get it done. She's now left alone to actually scoop 2 small quarts of ice cream. She comes to the window to hand me my items. I explained to her, the reason I request fresh packed Rocky road ice cream is because the almonds inside of the prepacked ice cream run soft and gooey after sitting on the shelf inside for weeks at a time. It's only been a couple of months since I've been here and I was pleased with this location at first. That was hysterically, the laziest thing someone has ever said working at a ice cream shop. And another thing. One girl wasn't wearing gloves while scooping the ice cream. And the other girl kept touching her hair and scratching her nose area while trying to scoop the ice cream. I swear I can't win. It's just freaking ice cream.??♀️

Two days ago we ordered a cake for today. We came, but our order was not made and they did not explain why. Don't order a cake from them because that doesn't mean you'll get it.

Ordered/paid for a cake with 09:30am pickup. Not ready at 09:30, they said they need another hour. Come back at 11:30, still not ready. Offered a pint as compensation for delay.

After 2 botched cake orders I'm having to give this review. They really try to make up for their mistake with providing other things, which is why I'm giving 3 stars instead of 2, but who ever is making these cakes needs to do better. Firsts b day i order 2 weeks in advance. I get there, and they say the lady that makes the cake forgot so they offer me one in the freezer and some icecream. Then second b day, i come 3 days ahead just to get some icecream and remind them about my order. Time of b day I get there and it's taking a while for them to find it in the back so of course I'm getting worried. Turns out they just didn't have the topper they say. Honestly they could have just told me that quicker. But low and behold i cut the cake and its vanilla and we ordered chocolate. So either they forgot again and just gave me the closest thing they had or they messed up on that too. Either way i don't think I'll be doing the online order anymore. They have good icecream cake but whoever is supposed to keep track of these cakes is not doing a good job at all.

Like the sole review before mine, we made a Sunday evening run for ice cream. While perusing the flavors available, I noticed that about a third were not marked, which, in some cases, makes idenfying flavors difficult. Enter the young employee.After discussing a couple of flavors, I asked for a quart size container with Coffee Shop and chocolate (2 different kinds). The young lady's response was, "We don't do that". Since when?I'm leaving out the majority of the awkward interaction with the employee. Thankfully, there were prepackaged flavors that my other family members were looking for.With all the options of restaurants, retail stores, and the like available these days, I have a very low tolerance for poor service, bad company policies, laziness, lack of customer care, etc. I'm not saying I need to be treated like royalty, but know your job and treat customers well.Baskin-Robbins...you no longer exist to me.
