Huge shoutout to this Baskin Robbins for absolutely nailing the “we forgot your cake” experience. I ordered a custom cake in advance, showed up to pick it up…and was casually informed that it was never made at all.

No call, no heads-up, not even a true “sorry”—just a shrug and a “yeah, we didn’t make it.” Truly impressive customer service. If you’re looking for last-minute panic and a ruined celebration, this is definitely the place to go!

This has to be one of the best Baskin-Robbins in San Antonio. This Blanco location is a little bit out of my way from home but since I was in the neighborhood I took a chance. BOY AM I GLAD I DID. Besides the store being extremely clean and smelling good, the customer service was by far the BEST. We had a young gentleman that helped us, friendly, knowledgeable, and super sweet. We didn't get his name unfortunately, but we will definitely be back to this location. Thank You for giving great customer service in 2025.

I love BR. But this place didn't have much selection and their cones were soggy. Won't go back.
