The service is terrible and the price is outrageous for the little amount of food (ice cream in my case) given. I can't believe a single scoop is $6 when all they give you is cone!!!

I just got a bagel and cream cheese from this location. The picture is posted. This place is a major ripoff. It should be investigated. Bad bad .

Service is extremely slow. Your going to be in line waiting for a good minute every time. Most likely because They only have one person working most of the shifts. The order rarely ever right. If it is, isn't is made properly. I got a hard burnt avocado toast? There's been times, I go mid afternoon be too told the kitchen is closed. I can not order anything. No explanation just can't help anyone. I don't understand why we have this location open? The management & employees itself is absolutely careless. Why run a business if you can't properly provide the basics to your customers?

Charges more than other locations for same exact drink. Then gets drink order wrong. When confronted about it as it's being handed to me they denied it was wrong. To avoid conflict and to assume benefit of the doubt I left with what I knew was wrong drink (it wasn't for me as I was delivering to my girlfriend for her, but I could just tell it was wrong). I tried to call but they won't answer AND voicemail is full. Sooooo now I leave this review. Normally wouldn't but they make it impossible to resolve issue without driving back.

Placed a mobile order when I arrived I was told they were out of what I ordered. I asked if they could just substitute it with the best options they had at the moment, I was fine with that, but I was told there was nothing they could do. I had already paid for my order so I asked about a refund but again I was told no. The best they could do was for me to go back the next day with my receipt. I said I don't live in the area, it would cost way more in gas and not even worth the hassle I'd have to go through. I've emailed corporate about this and I'm waiting for a response at this point. This is a huge flaw in their mobile ordering process that needs addressing. Long story short I paid for something I never received!

Couldn't find the baskin robbins location on the map but it was located inside this Dunkin. I got the wild n reckless sherbet and my fiancé got the new drangonfruit ice cream flavor. Both were light and very flavorful. And the young woman working the counter tonight was so sweet and helpful. Not going to lie but this is the first time we have ever received good customer service at this location. We keep coming back because it's convenient being down the road but we hope we get to see that girl again and receive excellent service for our next ice cream trip.

Ordered 2 dozen donuts for a corporation. I specifically asked for a variety minus the sprinkled kind. NO sprinkles I said. I delivered the donuts to my work, and an hour later I decided to check them. There were 4 donuts in each box with sprinkles. WTF?!! They are not answering the phone & the voicemail is full. I will refrain from going to this Dunkin Donuts 11910 Blanco Rd!!!!!

Ordered a coffee for my wife and explicitly told them ahead of time she was allergic to caramel. We ordered a Medium iced coffee with two pumps of french vanilla. When I arrived to the window, I clarified twice with both female cashiers, "Does this have caramel?" And they shut the window on me and a few minutes later opened it again and said no and took my payment. Thankfully i took a small sip prior. This is absolutely unacceptable. There was no cars in line in front or behind me. Three employees present. I was kind and nice and they were in outer space. Go there for yourself and see, it's been every experience with the same workers and I do not have the same experience at San Pedro or off NW military. Those are way better locations.

My food was put on the edge of the counter and fell. My kolache literally fell out of the bag on the dirty ground and all the girl working did was look at it and shrug her shoulders. If you're a manager and you see this she was the skinny black girl with black hair working Jan 28th around 3 pm. Worst service I've ever gotten, very rude attitude. Never coming back here.

I don't drink coffee. So I have been trying the hot chocolate. It's always has most of the mix at the bottom not completely mixed. I still drank it and enjoyed it. I also tried my first avacado toast. That was yummy. Also tried the doughnuts for the first time as well and it was yummy. Sorry no pictures.

The lady handed me the bag of food without a word and immediately closed the door. Come to find out, two items were missing.

1. False advertising at this location, have signs and when you pull up the price is different. 2. There's two young kids Chris and Zorira? that are unprofessional, look dirty and roll their eyes/shrug shoulders when you ask them questions and give you attitude. They're never busy but act like chickens when you try to order something. Wouldn't trust this location, might get you food poisoning.

I don't know if y'all are able to pull and listen to conversations that take place over the drive-thru intercom, but whoever answered at about 2:25pm today definitely needs some retraining regarding customer service. After I ordered I heard a muffled, "okay", that sounded snarky, so I replied, "excuse me?", and with even MORE attitude, the worker repeated, "okay". At this point I began to drive off, and I heard ANOTHER snarky remark of something similar to, "anything else?". Needless to say, I continued to drive off as I REFUSE to buy from establishments with such disrespectful employees. Whoever this was, definitely needs a customer service refresher. Hope this gets fixed for future customers!

I was very happy when this Dunkin' location opened up in my neighborhood, but it has been a mixed blessing. About half the time the orders I place using their app are not correct when I get them home. here have been at least four orders where one or two items are missing. If I go this location again, I will have to try to remember to check for every single item that I've ordered before I leave. However I feel that that while mistakes happen it shouldn't be happening anywhere near this often.
