The service is terrible here i came here at 9pm for a strawberry milkshake and the guy working here just refused to make this is a bad location for anyone wanting a milkshake

We stopped by Baskin-Robbins a few weeks ago and were greeted by a lovely young lady who must be new I haven’t been at the store for months so she was a new face she had glasses and dark skin, and from the moment we walked in, she was so welcoming and kind. My kids can be a handful (especially when it comes to choosing ice cream!), but she handled everything with such patience and a genuine smile.
They were indecisive, and full of energy asking for samples, running around, and firing off question after question. But not once did she seem annoyed or rushed. In fact, she reassured me it was totally okay and even seemed to enjoy chatting with them. She gave them some great recommendations that they ended up loving!
It was such a breath of fresh air to see someone so cooperative, interactive, and kindhearted. It really brought a smile to my face and made our visit extra special. The service was absolutely beautiful. 💕

To bad. I always take my kids here and the boys working the store put up the chairs and 1hr and half before close and said my pregnant wife and kids couldn't sit. Terrible customer service. Do better

I decided to stop and get 2 scoops. One of peanut butter and chocolate and the other baseball nut OMG. I thought I was heaven.!💜
Good Ice Cream and other various treats. Place seems very clean and well kept. Staff could be friendlier, though. A few of them are. But some of them will meet you with rudeness for no reason. I have adhd, sorry I forgot to tell you what size I want. I know that's on me to remember, but no need to be rude about it. They'll even scream loudly while horsing around in the back, piercing my eardrums. Only reason for the four stars is cause at least everything tastes good.

The ice cream was good. My shake was real watery. The staff is amazing the space is too small and imo, the ability to see all the choices at once would be so much easier than having choices all over the physical space.

I always have a great experience at Baskin Robbins! Whenever I need an ice cream cake for my family this is my go-to spot. The service is fantastic. There’s a gentleman who goes above and beyond even writing a special message on the cake even though space is limited. It always comes out perfectly and adds such a festive touch! This time we got a vanilla ice cream cake and it was a hit. Highly recommend for anyone looking to add a little extra joy to their celebration.
