We stopped in for a sweet treat and we’re helped by a really nice gentleman. Ice cream and cones were tasty.

The young guy provided very good service, on the contrary the young lady was not friendly at all. Very good ice cream, such a good treat for labor day.

Curious...? why don't the employees scooping ice cream behind the counter don't wear disposable gloves. Local health department requires all food handlers to wear disposable gloves for all ready to eat food...

Dunkin' introduced a new Oreo and Cold Brew Blast but after visiting several Dunkin' locations around the city who said they either didn't have it or ran out (literally announced a week or two ago) I ended up here. The drink that was made for me was awful. It was quickly apparent that we don't train these employees on coffee drinks - more around scooping ice cream. The drink tasted like if you just poured straight espresso into a ton of ice and let it melt and water down and there was whipped cream on top (not even cold brew foam) - no Oreo garnish or nothing. Flavoring wise, no oreo syrup or hint of Oreo flavor. I have a love/hate relationship with Dunkin' because even if you frequent the same locations - consistency varies greatly from visit to visit and this was a quick lesson in sticking to Dunkin' stores for coffee drinks because these drinks are NOT cheap to just be pouring or tossing out.
