Whoever the girl is has such a pessimistic attitude. She should not work there in my opinion. I have came to this baskin Robbin’s multiple times and I always get recieved with a smile. I understand we ALL have days where we do not feel well or had a bad day. I work customer service and despite me having an awful day I NEVER treat my customers like garbage or seem like I’m miserable where I work. She made me feel so unwelcome. Absolutely not. Hopefully she has a better day.

Best experience I’ve ever had at an ice cream shop, the gentleman Pedro was incredibly insightful and helpful to me and my group. Loved my ice cream!

Ordered a banana split all vanilla scoops with strawberry topping. Instead I received peanut butter on the ice cream with strawberry topping. I didn’t know Baskin Robbin’s was now making PB&J banana splits. I could smell the peanut butter and did not eat because of an allergy. I guess this is what happens when you have kids who would rather be on there phone instead of taking care of the customer. Makes sense why it’s not as busy any more.

Literally the 9th time I’ve stopped for a hot fudge sundae and no hot fudge. They blame it on the first shift every time. Absolute worst service of any restaurant.

Absolutely filthy store. We come here because my kids like the ice cream, but the floor is disgusting. There’s also no bathroom, so you have sticky kids with sticky hands and faces and nowhere to wash up. The guy who helped us today was kind, so there’s that, but I was ready to go as soon as we walked in.

I came in the other night and this worker was EXTREMELY rude to me. He told me they were out of a flavor, and when I asked him when they got more, he said that he had no idea. Further, I asked for a regular cone, which it seems like at an ice cream place they would know what a regular cone was, however, he gave me the wrong type of cone. I asked him to redo it and he just ignored me. Needless to say, I did NOT tip.

This establishment was filthy! The floors were cover in water, There were waffle cone shells littering almost all surfaces, and the windows look like they have not been cleaned in weeks. My kids were disappointed when we walked in and had to walk straight back out because I was not going to let them have a treat from such a unsanitary place.

Filthy. Server did not wear gloves...used bare hands. Strong, foul odor throughout shop. Tables not wiped down. Trash on floor. Trash-can lid half-on/half-off. 3 fit young men on duty, so no excuse for unsanitary and unkempt conditions. Most unpleasant for an ice-cream shop. Health department needs to pay a surprise visit.

Let me preface this review by saying I understand this is a small business…however, at an ice cream store, you literally have one job: make sure the ice cream doesn’t melt. For two years in a row, I’ve showed up to pick up my ice cream cake for my son’s birthday and it’s been melted. I’ve been offered a generic ice cream cake as a replacement, both times…and this time I was offered a 50 percent refund. I’m writing this review to warn other customers- order your cake for pick up a day in advance…this way there will be time to reorder if needed. Super disappointed.

Came into the store on Sunday. First of all, the store was filthy. The floor was dirty, so much so that you could tell the floor had not been mopped in quite some time. I have never seen the store like that before. One of the freezers was also leaking water all over the floor. There were no cones in the display case as normal It was totally empty. I thought that was strange..Placed my order and the young man told me they were out of nuts??!!! I asked for extra fudge and he makes the sundae but did not add the fudge. I had to remind him that I asked for extra... There were three young men working there and obviously they did not want to be there. Very disappointing.
