Ordered two milkshakes. I should have read the other reviews!!! $20 for two milkshakes that tasted like they used milk and some cheap soft serve. No real ice cream we could detect. This used to be a premium company, not any more. Just another cheap outlet.

This place sucks. First time we came & their milkshake machine wasn’t working, that’s fine whatever we just got regular scoops.Second time, it’s currently 9:14pm & they don’t close till 10pm they said the milkshake machine is down again & “they’re already shutting down the ice cream anyway so we can’t order”

The person behind the counter was very unpleasant and not very helpful. I visited around 5 pm, and almost every popular ice cream flavor I requested was not available. There was about a half scoop of vanilla ice cream left, so I got it for my granddaughter but was still charged full price. I love ice cream so I found a flavor I liked. This restaurant is in a good location, but I don't know if I will be going back if they maintain limited stock of their product and act like it is an inconvenience for you being in their store.

BEWARE OF THE SERVICE YOURE GETTING WHEN YOU COME HERE. i saw the negative reviews at this store before coming here. not a single positive review in sight, but i chose to ignore them because i said to myself “how bad can an ice cream shop really be it’s not like you can mess up the ice cream?” but oh it was bad.. ?‍♀️worst customer service i’ve ever experienced and they are extremely rude and short with customers an hour before closing. the ice cream doesn’t match with the labels they have at the end of the day, nothing works, and they’re okay selling you very stale waffle cones (without warning or telling you that they’re stale) and getting upset, shrugging at you, and blatantly talking back at you stating that there’s nothing that they can do.The male employee with the glasses & long hair wearing a BEANIE to work (which like, why?) was so rude and unprofessional and his attention span is almost nonexistent. i don’t understand how you can be THAT bad at problem solving and talking to customers at just an ice cream shop. for one of the many things, when we were about to get our ice cream, we asked him if it can be on a waffle cone. he said sure, he gave us the ice cream in a cup, rang up our card with the charged cone, and started helping the next person while completely forgetting our waffle cone for 5 minutes while our ice cream is melting. it wasn’t busy or anything, it was just us and 1 other person. we were clearly standing there still and he just chose to ignore that we were still there needing him to finish helping us until we said something. again, the cone was stale and inedible when we tried to take a bite and tear from it, so i came back in to ask for a refund for just the cone and told him the issue, and his response was ”what can you expect” because we caught them ~20~ entire minutes before closing, therefore their terrible service and food quality to their customers is justified. it is not any of our problems that you don’t want to work, and it’s 20-30 minutes before closing, not 5 minutes lmao. coming earlier wouldn’t matter anyways because they’re always already trying to close an entire hour before per the other reviews.i know very well what it’s like to be a service worker and treating customers and workers alike with dignity, but just because you might’ve had a long day or you don’t want customers to come in at all well before closing doesn’t make it okay to take your frustration out on customers. So disgusting. Just change the store hours if you don’t want to stay open. i truly believe they make it harder for themselves by having such a negative attitude towards literally just working until the time they’re supposed to ? at the end of the day, you are getting paid on the clock to work and we are still paying you for your service. Close earlier if you don’t want to serve customers anymore for the day and if you’ll do it with a terrible attitude, but good luck keeping this store from shutting down, it already has such an embarrassing reputation.Customers, just go to the Baskin Robin’s by the HEB plus on 281. This place sucks major.

We went at 9 pm. An hr before closing. There's plenty of time still. I wanted a banana split, but the worker said that they had no hot Fudge. Then my daughter wanted an ice cream cone. But the worker said the cones were soggy. We haven't been to a Baskin Robbins for a while. And now we won't be back.

Don't come here if you want what you pay for. I got two baby scoops with my Sunday. Very disappointed for 7$. They were out of lids and the girl grabbed the ones of display, they had probably been there forever.

My wife and myself order 2 scoops each with sprinkles,and not even 10 seconds notice strands of hair in her ice cream..we went in ,there was no manager so they said and called corporate and would not even accept or hear our complaint, the worst experience ever,they don't deserve half a star?..nastiest place ever..be aware, and you won't even get a refund on a timely manner

This is the worst Baskin Robbins I have ever been to. We ordered 4 milkshakes and they contained very little ice cream and all milk. The staff doesn't even listen, we ordered a chocolate chip shake and were given mint chocolate chip. I will never go back there and the manager Lauren is useless. They deserve zero stars. District manager, please take note to the people you are hiring.

I ordered 2 double scoop sundaesThat looked like a scoop for a child also a double scoop ice cream through uber 28.00 dollars later. Lol what a scam.

I just went there , they had no waffle cones, no sugar cones, no bowls , I got one McDonald size cone one scoop of mint chocolate chip ice cream she said my total was 4.32, no problem but when I looked at my bank I was charged 18.40 I couldn't go backtried to call em several times and no answer. I got no receipt ..I'll try again in the morn to get a refund I guess?

Apparently they serve banana splits but when you order one they tell you they don’t have anything to cut the banana with…. Um whatcha mean?

The people there were trying to do their best with the lack of ice cream.
