We went at 9 pm. An hr before closing. There's plenty of time still. I wanted a banana split, but the worker said that they had no hot Fudge. Then my daughter wanted an ice cream cone. But the worker said the cones were soggy. We haven't been to a Baskin Robbins for a while. And now we won't be back.

Don't come here if you want what you pay for. I got two baby scoops with my Sunday. Very disappointed for 7$. They were out of lids and the girl grabbed the ones of display, they had probably been there forever.

My wife and myself order 2 scoops each with sprinkles,and not even 10 seconds notice strands of hair in her ice cream..we went in ,there was no manager so they said and called corporate and would not even accept or hear our complaint, the worst experience ever,they don't deserve half a star?..nastiest place ever..be aware, and you won't even get a refund on a timely manner

This is the worst Baskin Robbins I have ever been to. We ordered 4 milkshakes and they contained very little ice cream and all milk. The staff doesn't even listen, we ordered a chocolate chip shake and were given mint chocolate chip. I will never go back there and the manager Lauren is useless. They deserve zero stars. District manager, please take note to the people you are hiring.

Placed a delivery order. Included two breakfast sandwiches both of which tasted like they were from the day before. Stale bread and awful bacon. They also left off a 10 count of munchkins. Would highly suggest staying away from this locations.

I ordered 2 double scoop sundaesThat looked like a scoop for a child also a double scoop ice cream through uber 28.00 dollars later. Lol what a scam.

This is just bad customer service all the way around. No greeting when you walk in. No other customers in the store, 2 employees walking atound. Never bothered to acknowledge me, waited 5 minis still nothing. Shut it down if you can't find better emplyees than that!!!

I just went there , they had no waffle cones, no sugar cones, no bowls , I got one McDonald size cone one scoop of mint chocolate chip ice cream she said my total was 4.32, no problem but when I looked at my bank I was charged 18.40 I couldn't go backtried to call em several times and no answer. I got no receipt ..I'll try again in the morn to get a refund I guess?

Apparently they serve banana splits but when you order one they tell you they don’t have anything to cut the banana with…. Um whatcha mean?

Every single time!!! This place should pull up the welcome mat and close down. My husband and I have given this place to many chances. Each time we go we are disappointed. Well Father's Day is the last time we ever go to this location. First of all, they never have bananas! Please take banana splits off the menu. Second, the people working for them ALWAYS have an attitude and act like they are doing me a favor by waiting on me. Third, no spoons or bananas on Father's Day. What?? This is crazy. We had to eat our ice cream with the tester spoons. The only one that enjoyed that of our party was my 14 month grandson. Never again!

Only rating 5 stars because the young lady and young man tried really hard to assist me.However I was picking up an Uber eats order and most of the items weren't available. Then for the shakes/smoothies, the machine broke.2 young kids working late at night and out of products? This is an example of poor management, has nothing to do with the employees other than the management.I've worked at restaurants before and the management is in charge of restocking and keeping up with inventory. They don't have enough employees for the mass amounts of customers and definitely not enough product.

Terrible experience- would rate a 0. First I went to another location that was closed, then went out of my way to go to this location before work. There was an advertisement for a free coffee for nurses day which is the whole reason I went to this franchise. The doors were locked, indicating drive through only. When pulling up to the drive through, it took me asking "hello?" twice to get a very short "be with you in a second". No apologies for the wait, no attentiveness. Then after waiting, the cashier didn't process the order correctly, over charging. Then my coffee and donut was wrong, and the whole time making the order, the 2 girls working were giving dirty looks and had no clue what they were doing. Again, no customer service or damage control after getting the order wrong- and being over charged. There should have been an appropriate adult there to over see the business, instead of 2 high schoolers that had no idea what they were doing. Waste of my time and money- really setting a tone before work.
