Went in when the scoops were on sale! The staff were helpful and patient.

I just wanted ice cream but either the posted times the shop is open are incorrect or the employee couldn’t be bothered to open up the store. 11:43 am on a Friday.

I had a very AMAZING experience here and was serviced by Justin. The establishment was very clean and he was very friendly

Two boys that worked on Friday were really nice and they were really polite They gave great service and I would come back again

We just left. There was a young man with glasses who helped us. I wish we had gotten his name but he was extremely tall! Well he deserves a raise! Super patient and polite with my children, husband and I. Thankyou mijo for being such a good person and nice with my special needs son. He doesnt speak much but he was able to tell you that you are a wonderful person and you were so humble and kind about it. Thankyou so much! Sometimes I get nervous about taking my son out in public because ppl tend to not understand, but you were just so kind! Thankyou! I hope Baskin Robbins recognizes you and I hope youre able to get alot more tips for college 😊

Abby girl is rude she was so hungry she literally licked my ice cream and left a red hair in it.. pretty sure i saw a bug too!!

Walked in lace had customers there but no workers to be found. Then 2 teenage boys come out I told them what come my son wanted he grabs it I had to ask him if he can wear gloves. He didn’t even wash his hands. As I asked him this the other kids staring me down. I almost walked out but proceeded as I promised ice cream. It was so gross and dirty there. $40 tab for very poor service

This location is so dirty. Counters, floors, glass where ice cream is located is nasty dirty. It really needs to be closed for the day so they can do a deep clean. I have been going to this location since they opened. When I went in with my son last week I was shocked how dirty and unsanitary it was. The owner really needs to go there and see for themselves. They will be so shocked. I give it a -10, I am still in shock.

Not a real business. They don't follow a schedule at all. If they don't want to do business, they will say they are closed. Even if you arrive at the store half an hour before closing, they will still say they are closed and don't have the items you want.

If you are lucky or they are in a good mood, you can buy what you want.

8:40pm on a Sunday. Hours on google and on the door say 10pm closing. Door was locked, “open” sign off. About 6 teenage boys in the back room just hanging out and 1 making himself a drink.

This place sucked! Literally went down the list of things my daughter wanted and nope! "We're out. Don't have that. We're out." Saw about 3 groups leave because of the same reason we almost left. Someone asked for sample but didn't receive it because they're out of tasting spoons. This was around 5:45 today 12/27

Went there Sunday night when the cash register was down and they were taking cash only. Was grossed out by the kid with the Edgar haircut. He was blowing his nose and whiping his boogers and then never washed or sanitized his hands to help customers. So glad he didn't help me. This needs to be addressed to the younger employees

I am just leaving this location at Blanco and 410. The employees working on 9/18/24 at 8:20 pm were the most kind staff. I won't give many details but definitely how they treat everyone was something to admire. Thank you for your kindness. Will come back and recommend!
