This place needs a very deep cleaning. Been here a few times and its always the same. Literally filth in every corner crevice and visible on the floors behind the counters and counter tops and high touch areas are sticky. No one cleans here and it shows. Very disappointed that such a small business can't keep up with basic housekeeping.

4/2/24 Closing time is 9:30, I arrived at 9:15. The place was lit up, but the door was locked. I knocked, saw no one, went to my car & called, still no one. Then I saw the employee come out of hiding after he thought I had left. So if you want to close early, don't hide, just put a sign on the door. But still I wasted my time & gas, so don't close early.

Also the service from Dom was beyond the best customer service I have encountered, He was courteous, attentive with a welcoming smile. As if he actually enjoyed his job and wanted to serve me .. If you get a cone, it's not filled. Homeless looking kid just plops a scoop on top. Didn't realize it till we got home. Damn shame I left a good tip too. ?
6/6 of my family who ate ice cream here got FOOD POISONING. I don’t know if y’all don’t clean your stuff or are using bad milk or what the case may be but it was not worth the vomiting and diarrhea!

I tried the Oreo Cold Brew, and as a coffee drinker, I have to say it was yummy! And I always get a scoop of Peanut Butter Chocolate! The only think I've found recently is they don't always have Chocolate Fudge available, which is disappointing. This was a clean establishment, and the scooper were very friendly.

It's okay. Like most ice cream shops, young kids typically in charge of working all aspects of the counter. That comes with it's own challenges.

Usually when you buy these ice creams for children they come with some crowns and apparently they don't have them available here, the place was not so clean, but the ice creams as always were delicious, it never disappoints the coconut one that is the best!
