Recently had a great experience with the polite, helpful and very efficient Nolan who really helped me getting multiple gift cards and ice creams ready in a jiffy!! My fiance and I had some time to spare, and she was hungry, so we stopped here.I did not have any issues finding parking nearby.There was only two people in line before us, and they seemed to be taken care of quickly.My fiance ordered a cone. I ordered two scoop sundae that included a scoop cherries jubilee and a scoop of peanut butter cup. Both of our orders were delicious, but I couldn't think of a time when I had bad ice cream.The staff was very nice.They have a couple of tables outside, which might have been nice if it didn't feel like the Chronicles of Riddick scene where they were trying to outrun the sunThe toilet in the Women's Restoom was not flushing when we went. My fiance did tell a worker, and it looked like they were heading check on the issue when we were leaving. A toilet is not flushing is not great, but them responding right away is appreciated.

I appears I'm not the only person totally flabbergasted that this BR doesn't abode by their posted business hours. We went 10 minutes before closing on a Friday; there were three people just standing by the register. When we pulled up one employee rolled his eyes so far into his head he probably has useful visual data for brain researchers. I tried to open the door, pretty much expecting to be let down and yup, it was locked. My and my kids turned for the car, one of the employees opened the door and asked if I was paying with cash. Tell me you're closed, apologize for the inconvenience, tell me your system's down, anything remotely courteous and I'll understand. But he didn't do anything to overcome that epic eye roll, so we bounced. If expecting to be greeted politely makes me a Karen, so be it.

Stopped by for a quick dessert on a Friday night. It wasn't crowded, so was able to order right away. The employees were very friendly and didn't rush the orders.The shakes and sundaes sounded good, but just went with simple scoops in a cup. Ordered a double scoop of Reese's Peanut Butter Cup and a Peanut Butter n Chocolate. Ice cream was consistent with most Baskin-Robbins. Scoops were good portions and nicely packed in the cup. There were plenty of flavors to choose from, but Peanut Butter n Chocolate is my favorite there.Good place to come if want a simple, quick dessert.

My family and I have been coming to this baskin robbins for a long time and the customer service as always been on point! Service with a smile is always a plus. I've cream is very good and the scoops are very big. I would recommend cleaning the restrooms, possibly remodeling them. They are very old and look very dirty.

Dont go by their store hours we walked in seven minutes till closing and they said sorry we are closed. I don't know what's the point of having store hours when you don't go by it. I worked all day on Christmas. My daughter and I just wanted to do something fun after my long days of work. Now we are sad.

No idea why so many Karen's slam this place. The kids working here are always super friendly. It's very clean and this location is far superior to the one on Bulverde Road that shares the space with Dunkin. The ice cream here is great. I always get chocolate peanut butter because the chunks of peanut butter are VERY generous and it's so delicious. Stop hating on this place. It's an ICE CREAM STORE.

I usually have a good experience here and we stop by at least once every two weeks. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are also very quick. I recommend this location. Try the ghost pepper ice cream flavor. It is delicious!

Sad that I cannot call in to order a Father's Day cake they said they had a cake there now and it's only the 9th they don't take orders anymore so nevermind I don't want a almost 2 week year old cake so never mind I will find a cake somewhere else ???

The staff are nice, but the store is always SO dirty. The counter where you pay is covered in spilled toppings, the floor is wet but dirty at the same time, it has a weird smell, and the walls are dirty and peeling. The ice cream is fine but it’s a little gross to be in the storefront.
