Chill-N Nitrogen Ice Cream San Antonio (Alon Town Center)

They found a neat way to make ice cream with nitrogen, which is fun to watch and makes the ice cream creamy. With a very unique menu, this would be a dessert-loving, science enthusiast’s dream.

Amazing place that offers a unique experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to try a new treat. Definitely will be coming back to try the other types. They have a lot of variety surprisingly! Definitely check this place if you're craving a chill dessert. I got the large ice cream with chocolate and peanut butter with cheesecake fillings. It was so smooth! The best way to describe it is like a super smooth brownie batter.

I just think they need more flavors, seasonal ones should stay.

While this establishment may be a recent addition to the Alon Market, its propensity for providing unforgettable experiences has caused me to develop what feels like a lifetime relationship with it. One employee in particular has been key in serving as a beacon of customer satisfaction—his name is Paul. The moment I saw Paul at the register, I knew there was something different about the place. Sure enough, Paul’s unending drive to create the most remarkable works of dairy delicacies and wizard-like mastery of creating ice cream immediately provided me with nitrogen-based enlightenment. He really popped out and showed me why all the other ice cream places are not like Chill N.

Ice-cream is good but overpriced, the service horrible. The lady was not friendly, and we paid for whipped cream as extra topping, and we just got a little melted whipped cream. She just said it was the last bottle, but since we paid for it, it is not the answer that we are supposed to get, definitely not coming back or recommending

Omg! Paul has been so amazing during our first visit! Even right before closing time.. we popped in for my sons birthday and he told him happy birthday and had the best attitude and smile and explained the entire process! I love the atmosphere! Amazing experience!
