Chill-N Nitrogen Ice Cream in San Antonio is a fun spot with a cool concept. Watching them make the ice cream with liquid nitrogen is unique, and the texture comes out really smooth and creamy. They offer plenty of flavors and mix-ins, and the staff is friendly.
The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is the taste was a little lacking for me still good, but not as strong or rich as I expected. Overall, it’s a nice place to visit for a different kind of ice cream experience, and I’d go back to try more flavors.

Fantastic place w/a quality product.
We went on a weeknight around 7:30pm with no wait time.
The place was squeaky clean & the employees were friendly & informative as it was out first time so we asked a lot of questions!
It’s a super cool experience (pun not intended) and you are able to completely customize your treat. They offer brownies, affogatos & a few other snacks that you can also customize.
Marshmallows, chocolate sprinkles & rainbow sprinkles are 60¢ each and all other add-ons are 90¢ each with the exceptions being the brownie & couple of other larger snacks.
By far the BEST icecream in this world biggest small town.

The ice-cream was very good. The creamy texture was perfect from start to end. A great place for science needs to get a frozen treat! ... and even if you aren't a science need 😀
