I would give this place 0 stars if I could. My friends and I ordered a turkey cake to surprise our friend for her birthday. When we arrived to pick up the cake, the girl took a while in the back and finally came back saying that their decorator wasn’t answering and this is what she had (picture attached). She stated there in store that she texted or called her manager about the situation and that we could take the cake and would be issued a refund. We took the cake but it looked so disgusting nobody wanted to touch it so it went straight in the trash. I held off on posting the review because I thought they’d do the right thing by issuing a refund, but here we are 4 weeks later with NOTHING. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They will let you walk away with an inedible cake and do nothing about it.

Cake was wrong. Ordered to feed 12 to 16 and we received an uncooked turkey which is unacceptable looking. The cake had no color and was smaller than advertised. Might As well, I’ve gotten salmonella from it. Is that one of y’all’s flavors? When i called to spoke to the manager she was not helpful or receptive to feedback. Kept stating she needed to speak to the owner and called back the next day received no refund nor apology. Don’t buy a cake here unless you want to argue if it’s incorrect.

Service was excellent!

Quick and efficient, of course the ice cream is amazing. Remy was awesome!

This location is so dirty. Floors, countertops etc. Everything was sticky. Customer service was terrible. I ordered a shake and in photo has whip topping. I asked her to put topping and she opened up made a huge mess just to tell me it extra. I asked why in photo it has it. She barley speaks English. She handed to me sticky and I had to tell her to wipe it down at least. Just terrible.

Baskin Robbins on De Zavala Road is great! The ice cream is fresh and delicious with plenty of flavors to choose from. The staff are friendly, and the place is clean and welcoming. Definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to!

Wish I could rate their ice cream, but I came in tonight at 10:50, I know, late but still before closing, and the entire place was shut up. I know it was right before, but everything was put up, shut away and closed yet doors were still unlocked. If you’re going to pack everything up to the point where you can’t even serve a single thing, don’t let customers come in after going out of their way to eat your ice cream. I understand starting your closing tasks a little early, but at least stay true to your closing times POSTED ON YOUR DOOR and don’t shut all the ice cream cartons and entire place down before you ACTUALLY close. Awful. Employee was not apologetic at all and looked at me like I was wrong for even coming in. Excuse me, you should still be open, and these are your hours. I came because I assumed you wouldn’t be entirely ready to go home when you were supposed to still be open.

this baskin robbins is overpriced, ive always paid $5.99 for a 2 scoop sundae every location but this one, they charge $8.99 for some reason and theyre rude. one of the employees wouldn’t scan my app for rewards too. never coming back

Absolutely love this Baskin-Robbins on De Zavala! The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the store is super clean and inviting. I had Mint Chocolate Chip and Gold Medal Ribbon in a fresh waffle cone — both were creamy, flavorful, and perfect. They’ve got a great variety of flavors, cakes, and seasonal treats. It’s my go-to spot for a sweet treat. Highly recommend this location!
