I haven’t eaten from here often, but a group of us from work ordered, and someone went out to pick up. I ordered a catfish po-boy, and this is what I got. Po-boys are not served with regular, thin bread, and flavorless meat. Calling it a po-boy is false advertisement. If it’s going to be served like this, it needs to be said on the menu, and renamed as a fish sandwich. This meal was quite disappointing and I will be going to restaurants that know how to properly name their foods, and not ones that deal in false advertisement.

Third time ordering from this place because I really wanted to like it. All 3 times I've ordered Catfish and I'm still not sure what kind of fish I end up with but it's definitely not catfish..it's just mushy stuff with breading!!! First and third visit I got shrimp too which was pretty good but the cocktail sauce is a mixture of cinnamon applesauce and ketchup!!!..NOT GOOD! My onion rings had little to no onion inside. I give up! Get a new fish vendor, toss out the applesauce cocktail sauce..ALL OF IT! PLEASE! And only cook fries and onion rings to order with 1 less minute cook time. Atmosphere is nice though.

Absolutely the best service & food, I've been there three times this month already!Had to bring my granddaughter, who works as a Chef on a cruise ship & she couldn't stop raving about the food!Now I'm anxious to try the Eastside location, since it's closer to me.

This restaurant is phenomenal. I felt like I was treated like family as soon as we walked through the door. They were extra kind to us when there was an error with our order. Every single bite was delicious! I LOVED the cornbread. They also know how to season their french fries! Please take the time to stop by here. Thank y’all so much!

MUST TRY!!! The BEST catfish and shrimp ever in San Antonio. The atmosphere is SO relaxing, they play GOOD music while you eating.The Staff and owner is VERY respectful great customer service. BEST prices!! I promise you will LOVE it!!!!

We had an amazing dining experience! The catfish is perfectly seasoned, red beans and rice yummy and cornbread was on point! Best meal I have had in years. Will done there frequently!

Decided to give this place a try so I downloaded the app and placed an order when I arrived they told me my order was canceled because I ordered something they were out of. I went in and placed an order they told me my money from the app order would be refunded 3 weeks later still haven't got a refund. Food was good but I would avoid downloading their app.

Wow. This place was great. Great service. Great food. Great atmosphere. One of the men cooking in the back even cane out to ask if everything was good. If you are looking for some authentic southern seafood, this is it. Everything came out quick and hot! Very impressed. (Really recommend the gumbo *fair warning thought its got some kick*, fried catfish, and fried okra. They’re great.)

Delicious fried seafoods.Worth the stop if you're looking for something tastier than the other fast food in the area here.Don't sleep on the onion rings either. They were amazing.

It's hard now a days to find really good food, service, prices. Especially when it comes to fish and I must say Bayseas was all of the above and then some. The atmosphere is very fun and reminded me of my young days. Customer service was awesome and the food came out very fresh and hot . It was awesome that the owner asked us and everyone how the food was. This will definitely be my fish spot and I'm highly recommend this place! Don't let the location fool you.

Place is warm,ac weak. Cod fish is expensive and pieces are small,very tasty though,but a five piece with soggy fries and no bread is over $21.00. Tea is $3.00 for about a 20oz.cup. Very stingy with tarter sauce and ketchup.

When we came in, we were seated at the table we chose. Then they took over 10 minutes to even get the menus and to ask what drinks we wanted. It was very hot and barely any cool air blowing. The waitress seemed like she had an attitude and didn’t even give her name. She got kind of upset when my brother went to ask for the menus. The catfish didn’t taste like catfish, was more of a gooey taste. We didn’t get refills and had to ask another waiter for refills. They forgot the shrimp that came with the special and had to ask about it. Was my first time here and definitely won’t be coming back.

My first time stopping by this place and food was delicious and Staff were super nice and attentive. Place was packed but it is a Friday night. Food took some time to come out but It was fresh and hot. I personally don’t mind a wait especially when I know it’s cooked to order food. We enjoyed our visit and will be returning.
