Server Jason needs training. Jason was nice but he was not attentive. Forgot to bring me my dessert order. Refill on water slow. Didn't place my dessert order took get longer to receive. I had to ask for dessert menu BTW. Seemed like he did not wanna b there or serve me. Spoke bad abt San Antonio. Kept asking ready for check? Next time I will pick my waitress/waiter. Andy hostess was awesome. Very nice and patient. I still tipped 30%. I remember the struggle. It's a hard job. But when lunch cost $100+ waitstaff should be top tier. Please train. Food was delicious ?. Creme brulee is heaven. Salmon was cooked to perfection. Crab bisque is my favorite. Cosmo martini was tasty. Bruschetta is fabulous. Everything on menu is worth it.

Terrible experience. Somebody in management needs to get this place in order.

Came shortly after they opened and felt like an inconvenience. Then, out of the whole restaurant they seat a family right next to us. Not even a table apart. Bad management. Anyone is service industry knows better than to do that.

Salmon wasn’t cooked all the way, had to pick around it. Disappointing. Won’t be coming back. Not worth the convenience of being in the mall.

This place is so cute, a light and refreshing cocktail between shopping. I had a French 75, it was balanced perfectly. I did not try the food, however I will be back. :) it didn’t disappoint.

My salad with steak was unique and flavorful. In addition the steak was cooked perfectly. My husband was very happy with his pizza and said it was one of the best he's had. We really enjoyed the atmospheres. It was calm and relaxing and made for a pleasant dining experience.

Bazille WAS. That's the key word....it WAS....an easy place to go have a great meal and a cocktail after work or shopping. Now it is staffed with the most indifferent, blank, expressionless individuals. Let me correct myself, they're not expressionless. They literally look like they are irritated by working to seat or serve you or anyone. The host didn't want to try to make eye contact with anyone who walked up to the stand. Literally had his back to where people would walk up. We were browsing the store, Nordstrom, before we tried to come by and both times, the staff was in their own world not acknowledging seated patrons or my party. We thought, let's make a reservation and that way they know someone is coming who may leave a review. Well that didn't change anything, we didn't get seated at all....we said “hello” “hi” “excuse us,” etc...never acknowledged. Forget it. They have hired a group that doesn't want to work and even when they know that you're there...waitstaff saw us standing there, they totally ignore you and think they are making their life better by not getting any money for the restaurant. Bazille...It looks and feels dead. There were flies, too. Not sure how as there was no food out. The patrons seated looked upset by having to be treated so badly. No one was talking or enjoying themselves. We went to whiskey cake and were treated royally. Happily walked in the heat to the opposite side of the mall to have a great time. Goodbye Bazille!

I love Nordstrom but this place is absurd. We walked in and overheard a table sending a plate back because it was never washed before her a salad was put on it. Tons of gnats flying around which was just so gross. We’re on the 2nd floor all enclosed so you can only wonder where those gnats are coming from. Sent out a super hot burger with cheese that could leave burns in your mouth with 0 warning, and their truffle sauce is terrible. One star is for the view and the other star is for the Brussels sprouts. Otherwise just drive around the corner to Cheesecake Factory.

I went to this place on a Thursday afternoon and had the the cilantro tacos ?. They were to die for their hard shell and literally almost choked because I too much of a big bite and didn’t chew it properly. Eric my waiter was very kind and suggestive with the menu was on it quickly.I must say the clientele was superb everyone came to my rescue immediately and a lady even followed me to the restroom to make sure I was okay. God bless this place. Toodles ?Oh! And had the best virgin mojito without alcohol of course for me.

I had a disappointing lunch experience recently. The fries were hard and lacked the expected crispiness. The host at the entrance seemed unfriendly, setting a negative tone. Unfortunately, the server didn't pay much attention to my requests, making the overall dining experience quite frustrating.

I’ve had a decent brunch here in the past, but not today. My friend and I were seated and then were never waited on for our 30 minutes there, while tables left and right of us were seated and served. We tried to make contact with staff, but they rushed right by us. Some servers just stood around. Being treated like this inside a Nordstrom establishment makes this extra awful. We decided to forego lunch AND shopping and gladly spent our money elsewhere holiday shopping.

Went on a Sunday afternoon and to preface the waitress was super sweet and attentive, but the food was horrible. For starters there was a long curly black hair in our turkey sandwich, then the avocado toast was completely brown and rotten and the kitchen still thought it was okay to serve, and the crab bisque had no crab in it and tasted completely diluted by their tomato soup which I've tried before. When I got home I had the worst stomach ache from the bisque. Do not go here. Quality has gone down significantly, didn't use to be this bad before the remodel.

You MUST double check your order, even if you ask if everything is in the bag. We just got home with our order for bisque with extra crostini…wait staff confirmed “extra crostini is in with soup”. Fifteen minutes later, at home, we found no extra crostini.What’s worse: salads did not have dressing on them!!!!Manager says you have to contact Door Dash, even though the order was place on the Bazille website….and it says nothing about Door Dash! No refund available.Very disappointed!
