Food is always amazing however the time it takes to fulfill an order is ridiculous. The guy in the front is super nice but let him take orders and handle guest in the front. He is doing entirely too much. Hire a runner to bag the orders and bring them out instead of him running all the way back and all the way out to hand them to the people waiting outside. This place is always busy you can use another person to help with the flow of your business. I only ordered a kids meal and a 2 meat plate. Ordered online at 3:29, app stated ready at 3:43 and got my food at 4:15.

This place was a delightful surprise for me. I had been craving some ribs and boy did this place not disappoint! From the customer service, to the portion to the immediate satisfaction of my experience. This will definitely be a go to for me! The kool-aid was super yummy as well! The ribs fell off the bone as soon as I picked it up y'all!!! I look forward to trying more things on the menu! Trust me, you will NOT be disappointed!!!

Idk why everybody so happy about this place . It’s too expensive for that portions . For extra ribs which is literally two meatless bones is too much . Green beans from the cans and seems like macaroni cheese is from dollar store . They prepare everything in different room and I have no idea how clean is that room . Also they push you to tip for nothing . They don’t serve you , it’s to go place . Disappointed
Fall off the bone ribs. Tender brisket. Delicious beans and potato salad. Great service, military discount and an all around awesome experience. Highly recommend. It's not a Ruby's or Millers but you will overlook that when you get your food

I have referred so many people to try their bbq because I was genuinely impressed with the presentation and flavor. However I can honestly say, I take it back. I may have went on a “good day” because I’ve been back at least 3x since and they lack consistency, and yes I gave them 3 chances to prove me wrong and I ended up disappointed each time. We went this past Saturday and paid well over $80 for 3 plates, never a problem paying but the flavor wasn’t there, the chicken was dry and shriveled up, the green beans tasted like straight out of low sodium can and the brisket was extra fatty. Unfortunately we won’t be back unless I can get a plate like I did the first time I went.

Although the customer service is wonderful, I don’t know if I would say the same for the food. My husband and I came here after hearing lots of good things on TikTok. The food was a little pricey but not anything drastic for quality bbq. The taste of the food was okay at best. Additionally, both my husband and my husband had really bad stomach issues after eating here. From nausea and extreme stomach pain within 40 minutes of leaving here. Won’t be back but truly LOVED the customer service.
Update: it has been confirmed. Both my husband both got food poisoning. I definitely would not recommend.

Stopped on our way from Houston to El Paso. Smokey, tender, juicy brisket, no knife required. Potato salad and corn were delicious 😋 . My wife and daughter shared the loaded baked potato, and it was plenty big! My son enjoyed the chicken sandwich. 10 out of 10.
