The good: Brisket and ribs were very tender
potatoe salad was good

The Bad: No inside seating, both brisket and ribs were a little dry and could of used a little more seasoning.
food might of been kept warm for a bit, the reason maybe why it was a little dry.
Food is delicious and service has always been courteous. They don't skim on portions either. Great value for your buck. Sometimes long wait but worth it. Small place and could use more outdoor seating/ shade but worth a visit.
Absolutely amazing BBQ and wonderful desserts. This family knows how to treat their customers. Very generous portions of brisket and sausage. Can't wait to travel back to San Antonio and eat there again.
