Came here randomly six years ago. It just happened to be the closest barbecue place when I was searching for a barbecue location.
I’ve kept coming back ever since even though it’s 40 minutes out of my way now. Best brisket sandwich I’ve ever had.
The good: Brisket and ribs were very tender
potatoe salad was good
green beans were good
The Bad: No inside seating, both brisket and ribs were a little dry and could of used a little more seasoning.
food might of been kept warm for a bit, the reason maybe why it was a little dry.
This place is hard to find from the street, i drove by twice while on my way to pick up my order. I guess that it isn't a perverbial hidden gem but a literal hidden gem. As soon as i pulled up, i was greeted with the amazing smell and visible smoke from the back of the restaurant. My order was ready quickly. The food was perfect. The ribs had a huge amount of exterior bark and were fall off the bone. The pulled pork and brisket were so flavorfull, juicy, and tender. The outlaw...
