This ice cream is really good. People comment that it’s expensive but it’s really not any more expensive than any other ice cream shop?? You can tell it’s fresh and very good quality. Perfect balance of creamy and thick. Unique and delicious flavors. Will be back.

"Bee Nice" Cream is ironic ;I did not have a nice time there . The younger woman behind the counter was helpful and friendly. But the older woman there was not nice or helpful. She got angry because we asked for too many samples (6 between shared between 2 of us.) I wouldn't have asked for so many if they were standard flavors. They have a lot of unique flavors though, so I would have no idea what they were without tasting them. The ice cream was really good, but over all I did not enjoy my experience there . The good ice cream was not enough to make up for her rudeness.
Edit: I see how you're trying to make this my fault. However, when we first came in there was no one else there. When another family came in,we stepped to the side to let them order. We were not holding up any line. And as for a limit on samples, I did ask if there was a limit. I was told that there was not. I stand by my review. The ice cream is very good. But the older woman there was rude and not helpful. She has the right to not give more samples. It was the rudeness in the delivery that was the problem.

Be cautious when ordering milkshakes - we were severely upcharged because we didn't clarify that we wanted ice cream flavor as opposed to syrups. Some assumptions were made by staff that syrup was the right call, at a dollar up charge. Most expensive milkshake I've ever paid for, we won't be back. The woman that helped us was super nice though!

The negative reviews do not surprise me. My partner and I came here at a time that wasn't that busy, a week day afternoon. We felt really out of place the entire time. My partner is a really kindhearted person; usually when I pick up on negativity she seems less wary than me, but she was actually feeling the same as me this time. I could tell right away that the atmosphere was far from what you would experience at an ice cream shop. The older woman working at counter was somewhat rude and had a mean look on her face for most of the interaction. My partner wanted to try flavors since some of them have odd names and it seemed to inconvenience the older lady. I tried one and quickly just chose something I knew I liked because I wanted the interaction to be over. I work in customer service myself and this felt wrong. I don't think we'll be back... it did not seem like a socially inclusive environment, whatsoever.

i had worst behavior from them they are looking to the personalty of the customer and they are asking about the payment. i went there with my family. before buying an ice cream they asked me. for the payment that we don't take cash. we just take card i said ok. and i was there i saw two girls come there and they payed cash and buy an ice cream they have the worst and Racist customer service. in my whole life i well never go the street in front of the bee ice cream store.

The fun names still bring quality flavors to life. The portions are over generous. Make sure to sample them. I had the unicorn and I tasted it for fun, it hints at cotton candy, but not as sweet. The ube was bright purple and textured. Dark shadows was dark chocolate with hints of brownie. Persian dream was bright yellow and saffron, reminding me of the warmth of the Middle East. The dipped waffle cones topped off the whimsy of the flavors. The service was friendly and kind. You could tell they enjoyed working there. There’s plenty of places to sit inside.

I love their ice cream. Bee-yummy! BUT -- Bee-prepared to pay a tip. Bee-cause, when they swing that screen around and you choose "NO TIP," (as my wife did because a. they are not exempt employees, b. we are retired and don't have extra cash for unnecessary tips, and c. it's our choice, right?) you will ~NOT~ advance to the signature screen. So -- either bring cash or face a mandatory tip screen!!! BEE-WARE!!!
