Nice place, old lady women host not friendly. My friend did buy the ice cream, not me with that old lady service and treatment. I went wed dic 10 at night 2025. Never going again where people think can treat others different.

The ice cream was NICE 👍. I would love to go back but the employee (teenage girl) was NOT so nice. She pointed out the flavors and prices in a rude “your are probably going to ask me stupid questions” tone. The main thing that bothered me, especially after reading some of the reviews, was that she waited until I paid for my party to actually serve us our ice cream. I know there are cruel and shady people out there but you can’t prejudge everyone. We walked in excited, happy, and saying positive things about the establishment but were spoken to in a rude tone. The store was very cute and inviting but we left with a bad taste. Maybe I’ll give them a 2nd chance because the ice cream was GOOD! Maybe the girl was having a bad day.

Tonight was our first visit here and it was everything and more!! The shop is designed beautifully and thr 2 young girls were so incredibly helpful sweet and polite! Excellent customer service...we love that they have lactose-free options! We are definitely going to be back!

Looking for ice after the river walk excursion… we knew by the pictures posted on Google Business page it was going to be place we want to visit.. I could tell by the pictures there is a very involved owner at this ice cream shop.. I was right !! What a great ice cream shop.. EXTREMELY CLEAN well organized modern atmosphere, did I mention really good ice cream? Really NICE serving size.. We are from out of town, if we are ever by this area again I will have to visit.. most small shops one finds are dumpy, ice cream looks old, people that work there give bad vibes, y'all know what I’m talking about!! Thank you Bee Nice Cream..

I’m glad we ran across this on our way home because it did not disappoint. The volume of flavors, all of them tasty, and options were really unique compared to other ice cream spots. Had some great dairy free options, too. We will definitely be back!
