Beijing Express Restaurant

The food was good before, but the last time we ordered food here it tasted spoiled. After 25 yrs of being a customer I won't be going back.

During my lunch break, I passed by this restaurant that seemed busy and decided to order since it looks popular as I got back to work and opened up my food. I found a piece of plastic in the rice. When I called to talk to somebody at the restaurant, they told me that it must’ve been a bean sprout. That got it extra toasty, and I know the difference between a bean sprout and plastic. Waste of time, money and food.

Warning everyone check your bank statements after buying from here!! They like to over charge you and blame your bank for the extra charges. They must be hard up for cash to save up for there pest control check out the other reviews about the roaches.

The good reviews I read encouraged me to give this place a try. I should have read the bad reviews first. When you walk in, storage items are in the booths. Interior needs to be updated. The menu prices are wrong. My lunch was supposed to be $7 but I was charged $11 for shrimp fried rice for which I didn't even get 1 shrimp. I asked to take it to go but was served as dine in. The lady at the front used tongs to scoop my food in a to go plate. I watched her go to the sink in the front and use her hands with no soap to wash off the tongs after using it on my food. Then she handed me a plastic fork and straw with her bare hands. The food was nasty. It looked good but the sesame chicken barely had chicken and bits tasted spoiled. I threw my plate away because I did not want to risk food posioning.

FOOD IS THE BEST! I'VE BEEN COMING HERE FOR 38 YEARS.. I COME HERE FROM ACROSS TOWN ANY TIME I WANT CHINESE FOOD AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY'RE AWESOME!

The lunch prices will reel you in but then there's extra charges for everything and the drinks are over priced. This would be ok if the chicken was good. Not even the noodles had a good flavor. All I ate was the rice and even that was in need of sauce to give it flavor.

So what this place doesn't make up for in appearance and aesthetic is in its food. I want to assume the optimistic side since I did go after giving some blood work, but they did make some pretty good beef fried rice and their chicken pad Thai was probably in a way I had never had it before. It seemed to have some broth in it and usually when I get pad thai from other places it doesn't really have a broth or soupy consistency so it was interesting. We did catch them close to opening time so they were probably rushed to makethe food, and they seem to be more popular for takeout drive-thru. So I'd say this place needs a little love on the interior, but the cashier lady was sweet and kind. So I say it's worth a shot.

I don't like that they changed the brown gravy to a red gravy in all the beef plates, makes for a bad taste. They need to change it back to brown gravy again like their sister Kongs on zarzamora and guadalupe (same family owned ).

They made a mustake on my order they chrage me 30 dollars worth of chinese food first and last time coming here.

Please was horrible. I went to meet my husband for lunch. We are not from the area and we're working at new locations for work. We agreed to meet up here and I was very disappointed. Place looks dirty and creepy on the outside but once you walk in it gets worse! I can't belive I ate my meal and I think the only reason why was cause I didn't want to be rude to my husband and I was starving. But I honestly would never go into this restaurant ever again. It honestly needs to be shut down. It was so sad seeing this place trying to survive in such filth.

I've gone here since I was in middle school and food was always delicious. Management changed but food still delicious. I always noticed the same cook but idk if it's someone new because I went and ordered a fried fish plate with fried rice. When I got home it didn't look appealing but I took a bite and so did my 15 month old. It was greasy and slimy so I just threw it away. An hour later my baby started vomiting. Then that night I was vomiting on and off all Nighy with chills. Nevet have felt this horrible. DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT FOOD POSIONING!! NEVER EVERRR GOING BACK .

Best combination fried rice. We absolutely love the food. The owner is a great lady. We enjoy picking up dinner once ot twice a month from here.
