Incredibly slow. Only one person actually working. Second person was prepping bananas and a third person was just wandering around and really should have helped the one person working. Several people came in and left because their orders weren’t taken in a timely fashion and they were smart to do so
a family cancelled their order while we waited. We patiently waited and it took at least 15 min to get two drinks. We won’t be back.

Today, 3/15, we realized no one was working on our drink because 2 members of the staff was simply chatting and chopping bananas. We waited for 15 minutes (even more) even though there were no customers in line only to realize our order was not being made. The staff at the front was unusually quiet, possibly not calling out orders clearly, and the two people in the kitchen were distracted chatting and not paying attention to the orders. We ended up cancelling the order.

Additionally, the tables were not being checked, and there were used cups and plates left unattended and its not even busy. Several items on the menu were also unavailable, which was disappointing. This laid-back attitude from the staff gives the impression that they are not prioritizing customer experience. It’s concerning to think about how much worse it could have been if the place had been busier.

I would strongly suggest a wake-up call for the management to address these issues. Customers expect prompt service and attention, not a sense of complacency. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve the overall experience here. 3rd time here and not coming back. Wasted our time.

Honestly just a bad experience the past couple times I’ve gone. They supposedly open at 7am but when I get there a few minutes past 7 they are still opening the store. So the espresso machine is not turned on, so I can’t order a latte. The only thing available was drip coffee. Just poor service overall. I don’t recommend.

I've gone with friends to this coffeeshop a few times and loved it each time. I particularly love the fact that all their pastries and muffins and the like are vegan! The poptarts are extremely good! I love the rainbow sprinkled blueberry lemon one! They have lots of nondairy milks for their coffees and can alter drinks as needed for you so it's a perfect coffee place for vegans.

Place has gone downhill since they started having one employee working shifts. Incredibly slow service, and in fact, the employee was bothered by me ordering 3 juices because it would take a whole. 30 minutes later I had my juices, and in a weeks time two of my friends have the exact same story.

Love these new coffee shops! Small and nice. All your basic coffee plus all the syrups you need. Great fresh juices! Worth the wait.
I like to see how the cappuccino is, this was great. They know how to make one, all must be good. They have a few pastries. Tried the homemade ‘pop tarts’. Very good!

After being told it would be a bit of a wait we waited for 30 minutes for a pitiful half cup of juice. Sad and ridiculous. The cup is half full of ice. Don't even care to drink it.

The drinks were amazing service was aweful. The woman was in a horrible mood I'm supposing. The actual store is a big small but it's warm and cozy. I will inspite of the service return for more juices.

Two years ago, I came here and had an amazing experience—great atmosphere, friendly service. This time, I brought my boyfriend, expecting the same, and was immediately disappointed. We were greeted by some tall blonde girl dressed in black with the worst attitude, like she’d rather be anywhere but working. She was overly flirty with the guy ahead of us, asking him about his day and pretending there were no tables available like it was all a joke. But the second it was our turn, her whole vibe changed, and she hit us with a dismissive “you know what you want?” When we asked what pastries they had, she couldn't be bothered to explain and just lazily pointed at the display, saying, "it’s those." If you hate your job that much, quit. No one’s forcing you to work. But if you’re going to stay, at least do your job right. To top it off, she half-heartedly called out our order with a mumbled “it’s the Thai coffee or whatever.” The coffee was good, but the service was so awful it ruined the experience. Never coming back here again.

Went on a Sunday morning. The baristas were very nice and I enjoyed the most delightful cortado to start my day. Glad to have stopped by.
