My family and I got the flyer from our room and just ordered a large pizza and 8 wings at 11:15pm and received it til 12:45am we were already asleep cause it took so long and it arrived it was COLD and the wings were CHEWY!! WILL NOT RECOMMEND!!

My boyfriend and I are staying at the SeaWorld Marriott where we received a flyer for Big John’s under our door. We decided to order in since it had been a long day and wanted something easy. First of all, the food is completely overpriced for what you actually receive. I ordered a basic calzone and he ordered a wing combo. The calzone came with no sauce, was already room temperature, and dry; the wings my boyfriend ordered were horrendously undersized, maybe the size of an AirPods case and came burnt, with no sauce for the wings or a dipping sauce, he didn’t receive his fries that came with the combo, and the drink was hotter than the food was. I wish I could give this place a negative rating as it would actually be the most accurate review of this restaurant. People please read the reviews of this place before ordering and throwing your money away.

Called in a pizza first person I called lied about the credit card machine being broken then I waited 2 hours and I called the lady got a attitude for no reason and told me they drive around with all the pizza when I asked I ordered my pizza at 6:51 it is 9:15 still waiting for pizza. Everyone was extremely rude I hope the driver is nicer if my pizza ever gets here ?

44 dollars for a small salad that cost 7 something Heb has bigger salads for 4 dollars let alone ordered extra ranch and nothing the pizza was cold and burnt smh never again! Worst experience ever I do NOT recommend it the salad has brown lettuce in it!

1 star for on time delivery.Pizza Crust was paper thin, toppings blended into the crust and was cold.Mozzarella sticks were cold and did not get the marinara for dipping.Boneless wings were hot and tasted good, but not many for the money.Asked for 3 plates and napkins, delivery person said it’s there. Ugh, did not speak English!Not satisfied! Feel sick about the money spent for something so unsatisfactory!

Ordered a calzone with pepperoni and Canadian bacon and received a calzone with pepperoni and lot of pineapple. Not sure how those two got confused or if I got somebody else’s order. It would’ve been OK if the sauce and the breading was good but they were not great either. Salad was good.

Wish I could give a zero star review! Stayed at the Hampton and made the mistake of not looking at reviews before I ordered. Pizza was not cooked dough was still mushy and wings were days old and you can tell microwaved!! As soon as I bit into the wings they tasted spoiled. Do not fall for the flyer they leave at your doors. Worst pizza ever. Not to mention the app they suggest you use no help at all. Honestly a joke. Don’t waste your money!!!

Worst pizza I have ever eaten the pizza came in big boxes but were really small and we order the 16in the mozzarella sticks were so soggy they didn’t even look fully cooked they stuck to the foil the 6 in cheesy bread was actually a hot dog bun with cheese and we ordered spaghetti but had to eat with our hands because they did not provide utensils this is the absolute worst pizza place I do not recommend it
