My family and I have been loyal customers of Bigz for over a decade and have always had positive experiences with both the food and service. Unfortunately, our most recent visit today, Jan. 10 2026, was an exception. My father ordered burgers for takeout and specifically requested a sourdough bun, but the order was incorrect. When he called to politely explain the issue and discuss how it could be avoided in the future, the situation escalated unnecessarily. The manager, Alexander, responded by accusing my father of being dishonest and spoke to him in a disrespectful and argumentative manner, offering no solution. This interaction was deeply disappointing and unprofessional, especially coming from a manager. Customer satisfaction and respectful communication should always be a priority. While we have valued Bigz for many years, this experience has unfortunately left us feeling disrespected and reconsidering our future visits.

This is great with the kids with the amazing outdoor area for them to play. It’s safe for little kids to run around. The burgers are good but I would recommend if you normally order medium rare go medium instead. Really !

Burgers 🍔 are super juicy and tasty 😋 . The place it’s clean and fresh air. Not like some burger places, where the air it’s smoky. Here it’s nice and fresh. AND THEY HAVE SWEET POTATO 🍠 FRIES 🍟!!! A win on my book !!! Will definitely come back.

We cane here on 11/30/25 late morning with a large group. We really enjoyed the food and would’ve enjoyed the experience but unfortunately the lady at the register was very impatient and rude. Not only to the guests but her workers. Her lack of customer service was making for an awkward moment for guest and staff. I felt more sorry for her workers having to deal with her everyday.

Food was fantastic. Great burgers and fries! Staff was excellent. Our server trip over a loose board but was able to save our order without dropping a single thing. They came out and put a cone over the area so no one else would trip
