This place is good for gatherings IF you’re able to bring your own food. Half my food was made while the other food was cooking. So half my food was cold. Fried pickles had no taste. My baby’s grilled cheese was burnt. My friends burgers buns were SO soggy. Chili fries did not seem fresh. sweet tea Blew with no sugar in sight to sweeten. I remembered quickly why I don’t come here often or at all actually.

Manager of whoever is running this Instagram is real professional. Paid over $300 for a party just for food to be raw and said to be put back on the grill. Blocked me and everything wow

This place has gone down hill they claim they make their burgers medium but they definitely don’t mine was raw and disgusting they didn’t apologize and they didn’t want to make it right because the claimed we should’ve said something as soon as we got our burger. I don’t notice till I was bites in that it was raw so my bad for that I guess. The manager was in no way apologetic she has no customer service at all and doesn’t know how to run a business it’s all run down and isn’t the Bigz I used to know. I attached a picture of the raw burger don’t come here!
Update to your response:FYI The burger was ordered MEDIUM WELL not MEDIUM RARE the mistake was on the cashiers part for inputting it wrong and he or nobody could acknowledge that mistake or apologize. Mind you this wasn’t the only burger that was raw at our table I had to use this one as an example because I threw mine away when you refused to fix it you suggested that you would throw it back on the grill isn’t that against food safety regulations or? You also mentioned we should have brought the burgers up sooner as I stated earlier… so unprofessional even in your response pft.

This was my second time here, and once again I had a phenomenal experience! The staff truly goes above and beyond to make things right. I had a beer and some fries at the table before heading out to play on the field. When I came back, our food and drinks were gone, so I let the manager know and without hesitation, she replaced my beer and fries. Excellent service and a great atmosphere every time!
