Went to the drive to order the rodeo plate 10-piece Fried Chicken two pies and tea after getting home the rodeo plate had two different sides not a third I don't know what kind of meat was supposed to be three but it wasn't what I ordered try calling four times but never got an answer finally drove up to the drive-thru as for the refund they wanted to redo it I said No at this point I lost my appetite my time and my gas to drive over there most understand and what I gave a refund for the whole meal but and not handling it professionally or friendly so just give me back what I returned even though it was my loss in many different ways

I just want to thank my local Bill Millers for having everything extremely organized the day before Thanksgiving!
As someone who was in a rush to pick up my holiday order & thought Id have to wait... yal proved me wrong. I was in and out. everyone was smiling/welcoming and i got my order in less that 5 minutes. I appreciate the quickness & great customer service on Bill Millers most busiest day ❤️
Since when is sweet tea a fountain drink? The lady just told me they are out of fountain drinks & said that included tea. Sure

My husband ordered a taco just one and paid cash @ 10:15am today! This Bill Millers is so behind and unorganized that they couldn’t even get that order out to him he had to leave and head back to work with his breakfast. This is unacceptable for Bill Millers to have this bad customer service

Do not eat or go through drive-thru at this location, especially if you only have a 30 minute lunch, your order will most likely be missing something. Jessica, the manager, doesn't care about her daily customers. Check #50140. I called back, and Jessica would not offer a full refund or a complementary meal for the inconvenience it caused. Crazy thing is I've been coming here for a very long time. It is disappointing.

I love going to this place, going here for 17 years, love it when everyone knows your name and they greet you with such hospitality. Management to the employees. Are just great. 10 for 10 in my book.
