Tried charging me for tea refill when you dine in it’s free large refills and the foods never fresh or when I go thru drive thru my order is always wrong I’m a bill miller regular a loyal customer for years it’s definitely gone down hill

It's Sunday I have to work and go to the Havana place for tacos and about 2 customers and I went to drive true for tacos and they came out burned. It's incredible that these incidents happen that have happened to other bil millers that are full and everything is very delicious

Its 3:50pm on a Monday.and the crew has no sense of urgency whatsoever. I'm watching them waiting for my order and all I see a lot standing around and chit chatting.

Went to get breakfast. The breakfast bowls were fine and as expected. I also bought two Brisket Po'boy's,the meat was very very dry it would've helped if they added more then a drop of BBQ sauce on my sandwiches, I can only assume there's a shortage of BBQ sauce at this location. And to top it off the service was very poor no greetings or anything its like the workers there think they were doing me a favor.I should've just bought some beef jerky and ate that with bread it would've probably taste the same and Id have saved money.

Horrible service waited in line forever got to window and they gave me the wrong order gave them receipt and then made me park and wait for my order again ! Just bad service!!!
The service was too notch I guess the drive thru was having issues with the speaker so there were two employees out there taking orders and no one skipped a beat.
