It's been about 2 months since the last time I ordered anything from here. The last time I was there, the service was really slow, and food was mediocre. Today was a good day. 3 breakfast tacos stuffed with sausage and egg. Hopefully, it stays that way so I can stop by more.
The manager that was there is back from maternity leave and has good customer relations. BUT!!! While she was out there was a female manager that had awful customer relations skills. She would be rude with customers that had issues with their orders and question them in a sarcastic way if they were not satisfied with the order. And the breakfast taco portions were ridiculous when she was there. I don't know if she was trying to impress bosses with trying to save on food costs...
every time ive been here service is quick and courteous.food is nice and hot..and ive been to some other stores that are not as good as this one ..I think alot of this has to do with the manager on top of everything.which is good u don't find service like this too often.but when u do is nice..good going Bill Miller's ...make sure u give ur manager a high five on keeping together..God Bless u all..
