Terrible customer service. Asked for a replacement refill because it was flat and was met with resistance. Didn’t think it would be that big of a deal. Made me pay for a new drink. I just refused and left. Ridiculous.

This is the worst Bill Miller’s I’ve been to. My husband and I ordered 2 #9 combos with chipotle ranch. When we pulled up to the drive thru window the cashier informed us they were dropping more crispy chicken and they would bring it out if we pulled into the front of the store. After receiving the receipt we noticed the cashier didn’t add the chipotle ranch to the order. So I went into the restaurant and informed them of the error, prepared to pay the additional $.50. My receipt was taken to the back, and then I stood in the lobby for an additional 10 minutes while a bunch of teenagers continued to laugh and play in the kitchen. When my order finally came out I asked the person if they added the chipotle ranch to the sandwiches and he looked at the receipt and said it’s not on there. Then I explained I’m aware that’s why I came into the store, then I’m assuming she was the shift leader stated oh it’s in the bag. I check my order once I get into my car and they added a cup of chipotle ranch into the bag, not even on the sandwich. And the chicken was soggy.

I recently visited Bill Miller BBQ, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. Whether you're there for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, there's something tasty to enjoy. The atmosphere was laid-back, which made for a nice, casual meal. Overall, a great spot for a delicious and quick bite!

I go here frequently in the mornings to grab a breakfast taco or pancakes & a sweet tea on the way home. The tacos have many options & I love that you can have just one pancake. I really never seem to have room for a full stack!

The cashier named Margaret needs to work on herself. I had just donated plasma and came in to eat after walking here and something with my card happened idk so as I'm trying to figure out and pay I start getting light headed and I ask for help to sit down this lady walks away behind a wall and comes back to just stand there as the very kind and understanding manager helped me to a seat. Oh they hire people without regard for others. But to the manager who helped me ur awesome!!!
Began visiting Bill Miller's in late '69 as a preteen and Loved the Cmpny's offerings since..I "pigout" every now and then, however, any chance I rcv, I make it a point to "try" and step in at 1of thier locations whenever possible as I drive a semi..but most have no big truck parking..flavor has not changed 1iota since I 1st ate there.. "umm'Ommm!.. : )..delitcious, "ah garuntee that"..

I'm very disappointed in Bill Miller's. Tea was great, but the rest of the meal wasn't as good as I've had before. Brisket is very dry as if it has been reheated several times.
