Just wanted to bring up to a managers attention that this is not the way you serve a taco, 4 small pieces of meat on the carne guisada. Extremely disappointed, the first time if happened I didnt say anything thinking it was an "accident", clearly they are just doing it on a daily basis.

Sweet drive thru staff...however, not given a straw for drink. Also fries were old, greasy & soggy. Was already at destination when I tried to eat, so unavailable to go back. Only ate my pulled pork sandwich, & tossed fries after two bites. Usually love Bill's.

The girl in the drive trough is really nice. And they know how to take orders correctly trough the drive trough. They are very attentive and have wonderful customer service and they make sure your orders trough drive trough look presentable and they are very fast when it comes to getting your food out to you. Amazing
I found this hard to fathom this corporate restaurant is taking from their own consumer base by not correcting their pricing. I placed one order of the rancher plate for $15.95 plus taxes however I was charged $16.65 plus taxes. Upon so I did mention this to the staff and I was simply told that the menu changes. No big deal, it is only .70 cents more but how many more consumers have this chain restaurant taken the extra .70 cents from. I am only one consumer however if they haveover charged 100 consumers well that is an extra seventy dollars. Now times that to 1000 consumers that adds up quickly to $70,000. Is this happening only at this location at Walzem rd. or all your restaurants. At least give it back to the homeless or your consumers who are having trouble to get something to eat and maybe give your employees extra bonuses. Times are tough and people are struggling!
