Bill Miller has a wonderful #4, which includes sweet tea, chicken strips, gravy, and fries. I was given a pretty good portion of everything, and I am enjoying/appreciating the food bar they have once again been having open. I remember many years ago that those food bars also included bacon bits and other delicacies. After so many years, their brownies are still very delicious.

Stopped by to grab a quick lunch. Service was fast so that was a plus since we're in a hurry.
I had the rodeo plate with 3 meats/3 sides. I asked for brisket, fried chicken and ribs. They came warm, which was disappointing. The brisket tasted ok and dry. The pork spareribs was tender but also needs more flavor. They messed up the fried chicken and I was given the bbq chicken. It was also dry and flavor is lacking, but, when I informed them they messed up my order, they gave me 2 fried chicken instead. The fried ones are way better than the bbq chicken. Crunchy, tender and full of flavor.
My husband liked his brisket taco. He liked the flavor of the brisket and he also liked the fried chicken.
All that food with several sides was less than $50 so all in all, not too bad.
One last thing, they need friendlier looking staff at the cashier.

Stopped by for a meal and had mixed feelings. The chopped BBQ sandwich was way too salty, and a group of boomers loudly watching videos on their phones made the atmosphere less enjoyable. On the bright side, the kids loved their mac and cheese, so it wasn’t all bad. Hoping for a better experience next time!
Beeville, Tx needs a Bill Miller .They even have a 3 piece chicken combo for 5 and change. Bill Miller chicken is really good ,not greasy and not salty . It's just right. You can't do better. Their BBQ is always good .

First time eatin Miller's Not Impressed at All but yet I see the Long Lines. I'm bein Honest only thing descent was the sausage. Oh the Bar b que Sauce, Miller you Gotta B Kiddin! I use to think Dickey's was the Worse till my xperience with Miller's. I had the platter brisket sausage tater salad slaw green beans. I wasn't impressesed, I li Iove Cole Slaw I left it alone tater salad Mediocre green beans just serve as is quit tryna fancy them up bacon is bout the only thing as an additive Please do something with the Sauce Try to Sweetened it up Lil Bit. I Hate to Post Negative but it was not a Good Xperience What Sux I know Better but bein that I'm Stuck at the Trk Stop I was like Fq it n you didn't Fail me by Disappointing for that I Give u 5stars. Dickey's u Suk but you can take Pride knowing just Lil Bit Better
The food is great, and the service is not that good. Depends who gets your order some people there I guess they hate their job or maybe it's just we're not white and we have an accent,, but besides that there is a couple of good friendly workers and the food is good each time..

They have gone downhill fast. They usually don't give you a fork or napkins with your order. Sometimes your order isn't filled either. I won't be going back, I've reminded them many times but I'm wasting my time now. There are other places to eat.
