Always like the fast food bbq. When you want good tender brisket, they have it. Not the best but it is way cheaper than the other places and definitely get more bang for the buck.

We always stop at the Bill Miller's in Lytle when heading down to Zapata. It's great food, always order the poor boy plus. Great food!!! ♥️

Side where delicious bit my brisket was all chopped up in pieces and not in slice it look crumbled . But service was very nice and had a great atmosphere.Kid-friendliness: Chicken tenders and macaroni And cheese were delicious

This has to be the worst Bill Miller ever. About 75% of the time when we come through the drive through the order is screwed up. Today was the last straw, I went through the drive through and they again screwed up my order. They didn’t give me all white chicken, when I came back with the entire order I was assured it would be made right. Well lo and behold when I get home it wasn’t, and this time they didn’t even give me the chicken at all! I’m beyond mad, I had to send my wife because there’s no way I can deal with them again.

Talk about star service – the crew here knows how to treat you right. We dove into their beef and brisket – man, it was tender, juicy, and hotter than a Texas summer! And don't get me started on the chicken; it was so fresh, it must've been cluckin' just minutes before. We paired that with their zesty salsa and fluffy rolls, slathered in butter, and let me tell you, it was a match made in barbecue heaven. To top it all off, their apple pie was like a slice of Americana – fresh, sweet, and utterly satisfying. The vibe? Couldn't be better. Inviting, warm, and just darn nice, making you feel like part of the barbecue family.
