I told her "it's okay I'll eat it this way" She said "No I want you to enjoy your food the way you want ". So she had them prepare it the right way. Specifically ordered my order how i always get it. Today I decided to stop at this location for the first time and whoever made the order did not just care about my special requests. If your employees do not want to work then send them home. The lady on the speaker repeated correctly, the lady at the window as well, and on receipt was correct but once i got to my destination to eat. It was all wrong!! Got opposite on the chicken pieces, they didnt seperate my fries from the chicken so i had oily soggy fries!! What a damn dissapointment. I tried calling the restaurant but of course noone answered. Didnt enjoy my food and had to throw the damn fries away!!

Customer service is awful . Had placed an online order , walked right up where it says “online order pick up here” and apparently out of everybody in the front no one seemed to see me for a while. Then they want to have an attitude !? Come on .

Got two brisket tacos and they were cold and had a few pieces of brisket in them. I got off to return them and the manager immediately took them and remade the tacos herself! Glad this location has a good manager!

I visted this location as well as another location on Rittiman yesterday. My review of the Rittiman location wasn’t so great. This location on the other hand has there stuff together. As soon as I pulled up to the drive thru the restaurant had a line, however this location was on their A game and had a rep outside assisting guest with their orders. Staff was friendly, efficient and the food was great. This location although busy most days that I visit, never seems to disappoint.
I don’t know what is the problem with this girl that’s taking orders at the drive-through but she’s not friendly if she’s having a hard time hearing they need to push somebody outside, but She’s not telling the order back to correctly as you say, it went to another Bill Millers instead
