Bill Miller's just ain't the same like before. I wanted this place so bad and just didn't enjoy the food or the location. Seemed so dead, and food was just food. Seemed like they catered more to the drive-thru. Maybe it was the location or maybe just that it was Bill Miller's.

I went for a refill today and I had a good experience. A gentleman named Julian helped me out and was nice to rinse out my mug. It looked a bit short handed but all the employees there had a positive attitude and kept doing a great job. Thank you Julian for making my first visit very welcomed !

This is a follow up to the Fish Plate I ate at Bill Miller's. Mgrs Laura, and Mr. Lara, provided me with an explanation of what the problem was in the preparation of the fish I ate! If you order the fish on a Friday, you will be pleasantly surprised that you will have a fish that will not have a hint of chicken in the taste of this plate. I had one, and it was totally gratifying!
Staff was quick to help. The food was fresh and warm. I went during a lunch rush and was attended to in a timely manner. Fries and sandwich were on the colder side of being warm. Bathroom was clean and staff was constantly bussing tables and cleaning dining area.

I would like to thank Mgrs. Laura and Mr. Lara and all the team members at Bill Miller's on Nacogdoches. The breakfast tacos are delicious, and they surpass any Mexican restaurants in town! The fried chicken ( 3 piece thigh ) is absolutely delicious. I would order it every night if I could.Thank you, Bill Miller's, for making each take out of mine memorable. I give it 5 stars.
