They messed up my order they are super on organized had to wait in line for another 20 min then they wouldn’t give me my money back when they overcharged me for the wrong order. They are lazy and their service reflects that.

My kids love Bill Millers, but this location in particular, is very slow and a lot of times inefficient. I normally order a few tacos but they always send me around the corner to wait for a long time. The most I’ve waited was 10 minutes until I eme t inside and got my 3 tacos myself, after going through the drive through and paying. Good food but the service is awful .

Long time customer this trip was by far the worst. Pie burnt poor boy nothing but crumbles of brisket this is not what i have come to expect from any bill Miller’s i have been coming to bill millers since the 80s sure lots of things have changed over 40 years i don’t expect them to stay the same. There should be a minimum of quality when it comes to the food though and today 02/01/2025 at around 4:40 you failed

Bill millers is great just this location you should probably skip. They messed up my order and I had to call to get some of the items replaced.
Lousy services, the blind leading the blind they ask you what you want but leave out when pick up thru the drive service. I've been going there for years and the service still has not improved. The drive thru service speaker doesn't work properly. No more going there and will go somewhere else with better service.

Don't even think about getting your Thanksgiving dinner there. Their food has obviously been frozen and thawed out and they're serving this is a high-end expensive turkey, dressing, gravy. I hate leftovers. Each item had no less than 50 to 100 in gradients in there including cottonseed oil which is an industrial waste. Who likes a pepper rub over a perfectly good turkey that was ruined with their pepper rub. I'll never eat there again.

Normally I’ve never had a problem with this bill miller’s but today I ask for no onion or pickle on my son sandwich he doesn’t not eat it if it on there . I also had to drive back around because there was no fry’s in the bag as well . Please do better bill millers

The fried chicken was cold. I asked for another piece and same thing. Cold! Bill Miller used to be a San Antonio favorite and always known for being quick but good value for the money. Overpriced and really not good. Sorry, I made the stop.
