Me and my mom went tonight and the lady had so much attitude and then when I asked for 2 boxes to go she told me she couldn’t do that. She told me she could give me a box and a foil. We had a half a sandwich, 2 pieces of chicken, side of potato salad , and bread and more and they couldn’t give me 2 boxes to go. Then she gave me 2 salad containers! Like what the hell then told me she couldn’t give me a lid for my bbq sauce but then put it in a different container. These people are just so rude! Like how the hell can you not give customers a Togo box but a salad container?!

The food quality seems to be on the decline, the service has gone from a friendly hello to no smiles, full robotic transaction. All while prices have increased. I dont see the point in returning.

We felt uncomfortable from the second we walked in. The staff are visibly stressed and burnt out just as the reviews say. It makes sense as we noticed how horribly the only manager on the floor was talking to his staff. Simple requests from staff were met with a really bitter annoyed tone and unnecessary attitude. This guy clearly hates his job. If your leadership doesn't cultivate a supportive environment, it rubs off on staff, then the overall expirence and quality of food for the customers.

Ordered a salad and guess they are to busy to close the lids to the ranch and when I was checking my bag it spilled all over my uniform that I have to wear for the next 14 hours all sticky and can’t even eat my food anymore

Add eggs, pancakes, and skillet breakfast potatoes. Nothing was overcooked or undercooked. The meal was fresh and delicious.

I've said it before. Bill Millers in San Antonio (where they're from) are the best of the best. Three pieces of excellent fried chicken, fries and a drink, less than $10! This was a nice location, right off 281. My 5 stars for service go entirely to the one guy who seemed to be doing all the work. Always on my list in SA.

Definitely not the experience that I expect from Bill Miller's. The staff are lackadaisical at best, and it's very apparent that this attitude is picked up from their management.

The food was not fresh, and the employees could not be bothered to be of any help, whether in regard to missing items at the side/condiment bar, or the lack of fresh sides (I had seen them serve the very bottom of the barrel of the sides without any offer for waiting until a new batch was made).

When someone from our group approached the manager for further assistance in addressing these food and service issues, they were met with the very same attitude that was present in the rest of the staff. Overall a very disappointing experience, and not one that you would expect from this restaurant chain.

Horrible service, workers don’t care about there job, no service at all. Asked for green beans at 5:30pm and they “ran out” with no option of making more. Asked for bread - took my husband about 4 times asking but it wasn’t busy workers were just talking to each other. My kids asked for to go for chicken and they kept giving us salad containers. Hello the foil was right there! How does a 2 chicken pieces fit in that?? To top it off there was absolutely no smiles and you can tell one even wanted to go there.
