Went to get a refill for my 44 an 40oz for the beginning of work today and they only gave me half a cup next time my service will got to a different bill millers or the circle k next door sucky service sucky attitude especially the cashier guy an the girl manager that was blonde an green bill millers shirt giving me an my father a dirty look just because we have been there before an they've never filled our cups half way before I was always to enough to close up the cup

Not happy at all!!! Explained my concerns with ALWAYS getting the foil wrapped inside my tacos, and received a call back saying they trained and will not happen again. But yet again, I give it another try and it still keeps on happening. How can you eat a taco with the foil wrapped inside with tacos. You peel it out and it tears into the taco. I was assured this would not happen and that fact that it still happened is very disappointing. So many restaurants out there that do not have this problem. It's not really that hard to wrap the foil around the taco, not inside. I will not be going back here ever again

Was the only BM BBQ in the area that had Lemon Merringue Pie . They're a life saver and packed it perfectly. Mom was craving it for her birthday, and it's delicious.

I always give this place another chance smh only to be disappointed every time . The chicken is usually burnt and the pieces are very small . Today was no different , they had a whole tray of fresh chicken but for some reason the girl serving kept digging in the tray till she eventually placed the bottom soggy chicken on my plate . The pieces were small AGAIN ! When I asked the lady accepting payment why they dig thru the tray and eventually give the small old pieces her answer was I don’t know sir I don’t serve the food and she proceeded to give me my receipt and I walked off . I don’t like to complain so I took the food and dumped it right in front of her and walked off, out 9 bucks . Horrible customer service . I will not be back to this location ever again .

Came from north of Kansas City & had to buy some delicious Cole Slaw & pickled onions.The onions didn't have the usual amount of picking liquid, so they weren't quite as good.

Everything had a wait time, Fried and Bake chicken 2 deserts left. At 7 pm Saturday. Looked like it was in a closing 5 minutes. I recommend to start closing closer to closing time not hours before.

Portions are ridiculous. Better off getting food from HEB food court. Taste better and portions are in line with pricing. Tea tasted horrible like it was from several days ago.
