Waiting in line for 40 minutes to get breakfast, then you arrive one minute after breakfast to order and you are refused. Happens all the time!! Never fails.They also forget to put items in your bag.This location needs some professional adjustments.

The FRIED CHICKEN is EXTREMELY breaded and after peeling away all the breading...it was a pile covering my entire plate, seems like I got more breading than chicken

Outdoor drive thru took 40 min to get through. Halfway through me waiting in line, 1 employee and the only employee comes out with a tablet to help with orders to move the line. Ordering through the speaker, takes longer. I normally go to the Alamo Ranch Bill Millers thatās closer to my house and their line is also long, but they normally have 2-3 people out there assisting with orders. The line moves quickly. I understand when I get in a line, Iām going to have to wait and thats my choice I take, but thereās room for improvement at this location to have more employees outside assisting to get the cars moving quicker.
My coworker has also come another weekend and left the line, bc it was not moving and taking too long.
Definitely needs improvement for āfast foodā service.

The drive thru at this location is terrible!! Always a line. They need a better system! The one on 151 is much more efficient. I will drive a little farther than always having to wait in this line.
I ordered the cowboy breakfast with bacon and they forgot the bacon. To top it off they placed the bag of tacos on top of the cowboy breakfast which smashed the biscuit with gravy.
Absolutely no, Iām not sure what people see in this place. Everything was extremely bland! I paid an up charge for mac & cheese. The potato salad tasted like a hint of black pepper. The chop barbecue Iāve never seen anything like it before. This was some type of mushy meat flavored side, not to mention it swimming in a puddle of oil. I prefer fall off the bone ribs. These were more of a tough course black pepper tasting rib. The barbecue sauce tasted almost like vinegar, ketchup, hot sauce, water down, concoction. Everything was such a turn off. Iāll try my luck somewhere else next time. Drive-through service was amazing.

So, I typically try not to leave negative reviews, but we keep frequenting this location because of convenience, and they almost always mess up the order. I hate to be that Karen, but when it's consistently a wrong order after the order has been repeated back to me, sometimes twice, it's frustrating. Most of the time, I drive through and don't check my order until home, only to find out it's wrong. After speaking with a manager, they'll tell me to come by again and they'll remake the order for free. I've done that a few times only for them to actually mess up the order a second time. I think I still have a free remake that I haven't even bothered with. I digress. I still eat there, and mostly, it's decent. Brisket is not consistent-sometimes it's great, sometimes very subpar. Baked chicken is usually very dry. I don't eat most of the fixin's any longer, but when I did, they were good. Green beans are always on point! Wife enjoys the Carne Guisada. YMMV
