I hadn’t had a bad experience with this location before so this time was disappointing. I ordered fried chicken everything was fine but one piece of the chicken was frozen. The fries that came with it tasted rotten I’m assuming it had to do with the chicken. It was very disgusting and disappointing, I couldn’t eat anymore after that. Please be careful with what you order here and check everything before eating.

This is a first time this happened . Chicken pieces were extra tiny. I’m talking thigh and wing were 1/3 the size of what they used to be and chicken was all dried up like it had been reheated.

Went for a quick dinner and waited about 2 minutes at the front of the line before someone came to help. Once help came, I ordered and was served quickly. I ordered the 2 meat plate and asked for dark meat roasted chicken and brisket. The brisket was good, but the chicken was dry enough that every bite was crunchy, not just the skin, but the meat also. It was visibly dry enough that they shouldn't have even served it and offered another item if they didn't have any more ready. I also had to wait about 3 mins to get a refill since the drinks are behind the counter. While I was waiting the diligent bus boy was about to clear my plate even though I wasn't done yet. Luckily I was able to stop him before he did. Overall, I probably won't be going back to this restaurant anytime soon.

For healthy foodies, Bill Miller's is a fast option. The restaurant is great. I give it only 4 stars bc I prefer healthy, vegetable centered foods, and those options are limited here. But the food, service and atmosphere are great when you do need something quick. Way better than all the other fast food options.Vegetarian options: Not many, and a little pricey for what you get, but they do have a salad (with or without protein), green beans, and a "vegetable" soup (that has beef or chicken in it).Dietary restrictions: You can eat here if you are doing a vegetarian, Paleo, or Keto diet. Just stay away from the sides and options not in your diet plan.Kid-friendliness: Great options for kidsWheelchair accessibility: Easy to access from all entrances

The preparation was the worst I have ever experienced at Bill Millers. The poor boy plus, was more like poor sandwich, the meat was dry and let's just say, there was more sauce than meat. The fries tasted old and dry. Never will I go back to this location. Plus we were told to pull over to the side and our wait would be 3 min. Approximately 10 min. Later my husband had to get off and ask for our food. Never again!

I accidentally placed an online order at a different Bill Miller location several miles away. After explaining that to Robert he said no problem and filled my request at no extra charge and a very timely manner. I regularly order from here and will continue to do so because of employees like Robert. Great customer service!

The quality of the food has dropped significantly and the price has gone up. The chicken is a joke. 95% fried breading and 5% chicken meat. The po-boy is always squished like someone dropped stuff on top of it. This has been true for multiple trips to bill miller.Staff is very friendly and kind.Wont be returning until corporate finds a new chicken vendor.
