Went thru the drive-thru and ordered a #8 with brisket (no sauce) and sausage. Got home to find only brisket drowning in a crappy sauce and no sausage. To top it off, there were six, yes, six French fries. All for $17.27. Biggest ripoff ever. So much sauce was dumped on my brisket that it overtook my sides. The kicker was the no sausage and six fries. You need quality control as the incompetent employee you have putting orders together is causing you to lose business.

Menu says $9.40 shows pic of wild bill poor boy fries and tea but at the bottom says sandwich only. Total for everything $12.75. Wow for that I can go to Las palapas and sit down and get served at my table. Two wild bill combos 4 jalapeños 1 serving of brownies came out to. $30.47. wow they sure are proud of their food. And it's cafeteria style. Wow. Got to find something better.

I’ve been a regular at Bill Miller’s for years, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. The quality of the food has gone downhill significantly—it’s not what it used to be. On top of that, the service was shockingly slow. I waited over 50 minutes for my order, and the restaurant was nearly empty, with just a couple of tables occupied. It wasn’t a busy time of day, so I have no idea why it took so long. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon.
The eggs were absolutely soup not fully cooked this morning.

Bill Miller BBQ is mostly what you'd expect from a fast food bbq place. If you're looking for great bbq try somewhere else. Buckeyes has better bbq.

This is not for me. Cold and no atmosphere. Food 🤮 won't see me again. Edit: You invited me back here to fill out a form of sorts. Lol, that's not even available. I gave you the rating I did because that was my experience. Others might love your food and cold atmosphere (basically no atmosphere) it simply is not for me, and I also will not return to any one of your locations. It's like a buffet style where the food looked unappealing, so I ordered the fried chicken as I thought it might be a safe option. It was disappointing to me. My taste buds. I wish you well and only the best. Just not for me.

Functional. Sandwich prices good when compared to fast food hamburger. I thought sides were bland. Some directly from No 10 can. BBQ sauce is vinegar based. Many. me included, do not like vinegar based. There should be other options. I will not go back because of the sauce.
