Condiments bar had hairs. Be careful!! I told them and they did nothing. They even knew about it. Manager was giving us ugly looks but never came to talk to us. I felt very uncomfortable being there. Food was not good either. Didn’t get what I paid for. Not coming Back to this location

Hairs in the condiments bar. Apparently bringing it up to the girl at the front she didn’t seem bothered. She said ‘’oh yeah we know’, we are making more’’. We asked if it can be removed so no one else will get any and she said they can’t. Food was gross today. We always come here weekly and I think we are done after today. Manager didn’t even seem to care. She kept giving us dirty looks. Tables were dirty and food wasn’t lean as I asked/paid for. Please do better, in this economy eating out isn’t cheap

Was at the condiment bar getting pickles and onions and there was a huge hair in the onions I told them about it and they said they knew and we’re making more but they refused to take the bad onions out said they had to leave it there till the other onions are ready which I find to be disgusting to just leave it there for someone to grab. I asked for a manager they never came out

We ordered 3 #3's 2 plates all thighs and 1 one plate all wings and when we got our order we had 2 plates legs and thighs and when we asked about it they gave us two wings and told us to go sit down because they were busy when there was only two people in line and 4 workers eating .

Longest wait we’ve had for food only for it to be cold. Not even warm. Staff is not friendly. Don’t recommend this location! Visit the Bandera and 410 or 1604 and Redland location.
I spent over 20.00 on a number 1 and a number 2. When I got the food it was packaged terribly. The poor boy was wrapped in foil, but they thru it on top of the chicken, then they forgot the French fries for the poorboy. I had to make a second trip to get the fries. There was no compensation for my inconvenience. When I got home the food was cold and I had to reheat in microwave. I'll go to whataburger next time. I never have a problem with whataburger

I’ve been going to this location for years & it used to be hit or miss, but since they’ve changed the management up recently I’ve noticed it’s hot fresh food and my orders are right every time! The female manager Ms.Garza is very nice and friendly and corrects any mistakes immediately. I’m glad to see management has become more efficient.
