I ordered over 10 mins in the drivethru for 2 pies...the line never even moved.
I go inside and there are only 3 tables with people. I order my pies again, but the employee rang it up as 2 sliced of pie so she called for a manager for a void...I waited and waited and the manager never came.
I left and went to HEB across the street to pick up some sweets.
Bill Miller's is certainly not the place it was before. it is just like any ole taco truck with bad service now.

This location is the worst one I’ve visited. I ordered a #7 and it was terrible. I noticed that in the reviews I’m not the only person that’s experienced this. The sandwich was stale and smashed. I’ve been to other locations and I’ve never experienced the quality of the food this bad. The 410/Nacodoches location seems to hold the crown in my book. They never disappoint when it comes to service, quality or efficiency. Whoever they had making these sandwiches either needs to be retrained or quit if they aren’t happy working there. It zero sense to put out a product this bad.

Chicken is good. The “chopped buns” are usually awful because they purposefully smush them like so … I don’t understand why and it’s disappointing because I love their chopped buns, but this place just abuses them :(

Not very helpful and not great communication from the management. The staff was pretty nice and respectful.
This girl always has a bad attitude at the drive-through just her mannerism. I just came to order something to go, but she’s acting as if she doesn’t even want me in the drive-through or want to be there to work. Second of all our ordered two tacos she repeated them back to me which seemed to be correct then I go to the drive-through then get ready to eat my tacos and I open up the first taco and it was wrong so I close it up re-park in the front go inside And asked for A manager. when he finally comes, I explained what happened. My order was incorrect so I brought in the receipt, showed the manager and from what the receipt said the girl did not input the correct information that I asked for for the Taco instead of potato bacon with light egg, she just put bacon and egg, even though she repeated it back to me at the drive-through and it was correct. Did she do that on purpose? That’s the question because if she repeated it back to me, you would think she would put it in the register correctly. Hmmmm!? So anyway, I go inside explain to the manager what happened and also let him know that this has happened before and I’m not very happy with this Bill Millers but there’s a lot of Bill Millers that I’m not very happy with as well. They’re not cutting the mustard right now. It’s not like they’re giving food away for free. Get the customers order right, be nice to the customers. It’s not that hard they’re paying their hard earned money for food and they’re choosing you as the restaurant to get it from. Wake up!!! Tired of paying my hard earned money and getting crap! I had to waste my time going inside and then the manager has the audacity mind you I would’ve paid for it at the drive-through no problem, but she got it wrong so I go inside and the manager cred back my bacon and egg taco that I got incorrectly and then he recharges the bacon potato and egg instead of just “ I’m sorry miss Customer. Let me get you the taco no problem”. BUT—— I had to get my credit card out and then get charged for the difference. It’s not the money. It’s the principle and that it was their mistake. They need to own it and they did not own this that’s what I’m very frustrated about , I don’t think the manager is doing what he’s supposed to do. He needs to watch and make sure everybody’s doing their job correctly. He needs to watch the customer service people at the drive-through or taken orders from the customer to make sure that they’re making the customers happy that’s part of his job or her job to make sure they’re doing their job correctly. They’re not just there to collect a paycheck and neither all those employees treating the customers badly not being nice to them . It’s ridiculous. Y’all need to have a storewide company management meeting with all the freaking employees cause this is ridiculous. Y’all are gonna go downhill if y’all don’t change!

This is my third week going to this location and they mess up my orders. It is ridiculous to me that y’all can’t seem to do the orders correctly. I ordered a bean and cheese with brisket. Y’all just give me bean and cheese no brisket that was two weeks in a row third week going this week ordered one sausage taco by itself, and one bacon and potato taco Wrong you end up giving me two sausage and potato tacos complain to the manager. All they do is tell you that we need to check my order before I leave the drive-through. There’s so many people behind me. How am I gonna stop and wait to look at my order when I’m in a rush going to the drive-through to begin With I will never go to this location ever again this is ridiculous

Meat was very dry, beans were so salty I don't know of anyone that could eat that, I went back to counter to let the front lady know, nor her or the manager had one word to say, I ended up trowing all my food to the trash, or I should I trew my money to the trash.
Service is just as bad as the food they probably don't get pay well at all, always rotating workers.

This is the second time that I went through the drive thru and they got my order wrong. Ordered a rancher plate with chicken, DARK MEAT. Told them leg/they. Both times got back home and it was white meat. Do the managers actually train these people what they are doing ?? If there is a next time I will sit at the windows and recheck my order and make sure it is right or wait and block the drive thru until it is corrected. You need to train these people !!!!

Careful if you do the drive through. I ordered a #1 turkey with a dr. Pepper and slice of pecan pie. Didn’t get the pie and the turkey was so dry it wasn’t eatable.

Same stuff as usual from manager Hernandez not engaged in the business just chatting away distracting employees from doing their job correctly. I spent $50 on some food and 80% was either wrong or missing. Just offered a fry and a desert for the inconvenience. Her cursory apology was ridiculous like I was bothering her from her conversations with her employee, sad part is she is the one that handed the order to the window. Totally unacceptable!!! I use to frequent this location very often not anymore it’s probably every 2 weeks now and I probably won’t be going back anymore. I told her I was in a leadership role in the same market and she needed to do her job obviously disengaged in the business. Sandwiches made incorrectly, missing fries and had to call her back again for the incorrect dessert. Girl in the window looked extremely stressed out as well

Do not do the drive thru this time of year. The girls working there have zero customer service. They say it is a 5 minute wait and park you. My receipt says i paid at 4:28 p.m., and it's now 4:46. They don't apologize either. I don't expect excellence, but common courtesy is expected. Tell me if it's closer to a 20-minute wait, and apologize for the delay. Is that too much to ask? Okay, rant over. Bye.

Service was okay. Very quick and to the point, there was no "Hi how are you doing".
Ordered two wrangler plates and refills
1 wrangler was baked chicken and the chicken was bloody red not only 1 but 2. Asked for a replaced. Ended up getting a refund on the order.
The low review was for quality of food. I feel like all bill millers are going down hill and fast. Prices are crazy high for smaller portion sizes and food that is never cooked correctly either raw or burnt.
The service was okay. They replaced the order and handled it pretty good. Even offered free food but we were full.
I would recommend driving down to another Bill Millers. The ordering is pretty odd. Most Bill Milers have a separate to-go and dine in lines. We ended up dinning in and our food was given as to-go. The Bill Millers by North Star mall on McCullough is always really good!

They effortlessly get people orders wrong and don't make food correctly and charge more money then the actual total on purpose, all the workers are teenagers that are in highschool possibly
